Downtown Nashville!! 2 Bedroom Condo With River View! Walk To Everything!

Location was within a reasonable walking distance to Broadway. Communication with the owner was great. Would stay there again when visiting Nashville.

We checked in very late on a Thursday. There were no issues bc the owner had alrwady supplied us with the key code. The apartment itself is quite big. There is plenty of room for families or groups. Only downside is the lightning in the bedrooms. Linghtning is supplied via a lamp in the bedrooms and the doors to the rooms don't latch well. Otherwise everything is supplied for you and the apartment is very comfortable. Check out was just as easy as check in. The requirements for check are posted in the dinning room. There is also a small porch that overlooks the river and offers a view of Nissan Stadium. This is one of my favorite parts of the apartment. The birds are chirping and the beavers scurry below. We were there for a short time and the weather wasn't cooperating so we didn't utilize the pool. The location is great, just a short walk along the river and you're on Broadway. Ubers/Lyfts were reasonable, I don't think any of our rides were more than 20. Also, we rented a car to do day excursions, this property offers plenty of covered parking. This is a huge bonus bc parking at the hotels can be costly. Definitely recommend this property. If you can't get this exact one, the complex itself seems to have many VRBO users, as I had stayed here previously in a 1bd.

The condo was as advertised. It was clean, and it served the purpose of our family venture. I would highly recommend great location.

The condo was everything we could have imagined. We were a little worried when we arrived as the neighborhood was a little sketchy looking. The pool was a bit further away than we expected. All in all it was a positive experience for my first stay at a vrbo

So clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of the river, close to everything. Nicely decorated, nice beds!

Good space. Quiet area. 20-25’ walk to Broadway. Nice pool available and free covered parking was a plus. Owner friendly and helpful with a problem we were having with the tv.

Nice place and convenient to broadway. Would not walk back at night tho if girls trip. Place was clean except for patio. Many cob webs and spiders. Pillows could use an upgrade and a side table next to bed. Great location and was easy to get UBERs. Owners were nice and communication was pleasant. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed staying at the property close to downtown right on the Cumberland River (a little less than a mile from downtown). Bernie was great in providing lots along great information about the local area. The property had everything we needed and was very clean. The check-in and check-out was effortless. We would recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable place near downtown Nashville.

We enjoyed are stay all but the construction across the street the dust was pretty bad but we delt with it .a nice walk to downtown that takes about 20 minutes max.would definitely recommend your condominium to anyone looking to stay in Nashville. Thanks again

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend! The location was a fairly easy walk to broadway. The second 1/2 bath gave us lots of space to get ready. The owners were very prompt in answering questions. I would choose this condo again!

Great condo overlooking the river! It is a 3rd floor walk-up, just so people know. I may have missed that on the description. It was not a problem for us at all. Love the property.

Refrigerator was wide open and 87 degrees when we arrived. Coffee makers did not work properly and had coffee grounds and hot coffee spilled all over. Bathroom door on jack and Jill bath did not shut. We had ants all over when we woke up. The bed pillows were totally flat and uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness was poor. Pictures had to have been taken years ago. Shower had no water pressure and barely warm water.

We had the best time. Location was perfect! Walking distance if you wanted to, short Uber ride or we used the scooters.

Our stay in Nashville was good. The location of our condo was relatively close to Broadway and made it easy to walk back-and-forth. Several concerns of cleanliness of the facility were noted. With the condo being on the third floor and no elevator, it made it quite hard to move baggage in and out. The beds were not the most comfortable but served their purpose. The view from the deck was amazing at night and during the morning hours. Everything we needed for our stay was supplied and we were able to have morning groceries to allow us to have breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Property was good,. Host was helpful and polite, would recommend. Just far enough from everything. Enjoyed being on the river.

Great property and trip all in all...we will stay here again!

This condo worked out great for our family of 5 plus a small dog. (One son slept on the couch, only because we were too lazy to blow up the large mattress for him.) It really an easy 15 min walk to Broadway! The view of the river was neat too. The decor was inviting, up-to-date, and not cluttered. All the rooms were spacious, including both bathrooms - plenty of room for all their beauty supplies if you have daughters - and plenty of room for luggage, to hang clothes, etc. There were a few minor issues, but I heard back from the owners very quickly and things were taken care right away. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with a cool distillery, restaurant, and delicious upscale breakfast joint all within 2 blocks. My only suggestion would be to do something to improve the main bed. The mattress was very soft, yet even though we sleep on a very firm mattress at home, it was surprisingly comfortable. It was more of an issue that it's also low to the floor and was hard to get out of, at least at our age, lol. Otherwise, great place, we'd definitely stay there again!

Nice place (on upper level, if that's a mobility issue for anyone). Overlooks the river. Excellent location just a short easy walk off Broadway. We were in town for a football game at Nissan Stadium, again, an easy walk. Recommend drinks and dinner and live music at Acme Feed & Seed, a favorite of ours.

The location was perfect. The condo could’ve been cleaner, like cleaning up the cobwebs. The beds should’ve had box springs making them more comfortable. Closet had random junk with broken items in it. Amenities weren’t too bad, had enough towels but no towel bars.

We loved this condo! Just close enough to be walkable, just far enough away to be quiet and low key, we enjoyed Broadway, and had our place to unwind, with our pup. This unit had everything we needed. Will definitely return!

Overall this property is in a good location - with quick proximity to downtown and the entertainment areas. It is a very industrial vibe. Walkable in about 10-15 minutes or a quick ride share to the location. The Pros: The property has a great view, being right on the river. It has a small balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning. It was spacious enough for our group. Small living room (couch + 1 chair) worked fine for us. The kitchen was spacious and had full sized appliances - we didn't not cook there, but it would have been perfect if we had! The two bedrooms are separated by a walk through shared bath - so there is separation between the two sleeping areas. The Cons Beds left a lot to be desired. The master bed is literally on the floor, so if you are someone who has trouble getting up from that level, be forewarned. Pillows also were super thin - worse than many hotel pillows. The place is a bit old, and hence doors don't close easily, lots of squeaky hinges, etc. It is tough to be quiet and not wake others if you are an early riser. Although toiletries are provided, is a very small amount of shampoo and lotion only - no soap. Bring your own toiletries! Finally, cleanliness is an opportunity here. We found a used coffee pod in the Keurig, the door jams/knobs show visible signs of previous owners, and the patio door had dog nose prints from some previous visitor. All of these are signs to me that only surface cleaning is happening at this property.

This condo on the 3rd floor provided privacy with great views. We liked the size! We felt comfortable hanging at the house for dinner and binge watching our favorite shows

Great location. Easy to get to. Check in process was easy. 10 min walk to broadway. 10 min walk to ball diamond. Quiet building
