Downtown Loft with Balcony, across from river confluence, walk to restaurants

This was an excellent stay! We will absolutely stay here again! Everything was amazing! The location! The cleanliness! IT is worth every penny! A BIG THANK YOU TO THE property owners and managers!!

Great location to shops and restaurants. We walked most every place once we parked our car. Great location to the Bear Lake in RMNP to do some great hikes. Easy drive to the park entrance. It is also close to Estes Park visitor center to catch the shuttle into the park if you chose to do it that way.

Perfect spot to both explore Estes Park and home base for trips into Rocky Mountain National Park. Like: Location, living room, nice balcony, interesting hot tub open to the upstairs bedroom (wasn't my thing this trip, but would be perfect with a partner) There were a few things that could be improved: Dining table and chairs were a bit too big for the space (we stacked two of the chairs in a corner so we could more easily get into the fridge), the headboard wasn't attached to the bed or the wall, so it banged when moving during the night, and the parking area is small and not lined, so sometimes there wasn't enough room for us to park - not a big deal as you can park in the lot across the street, but perhaps lines would help guests squeeze in a bit more. The things we liked far outweighed the things we didn't, and would definitely stay here again when we're in Estes Park!

This was a perfect spot to retreat and enjoy a replenishing few days together as we draw close to celebrating 50 years of marriage. Every bit as nice as the listing. No surprises. Great location for walking to town. Cozy and a great king-size bed!

Nice stay.

This is our second stay at this property. They include a full kitchen and all needed cooking items. We got snowed in the first night and brought food along with us; it was good to be able to make our own vegetarian foods and not go out in the storm. The bed is comfortable and it is nice to have two bathrooms. We plan to return.

This was a great location and we were able to walk to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. The space was clean and comfortable and the manager was friendly when we asked to check in a bit early.

Seemed dark once drapes closed, several lights out . Internet was not available, picked up the location but would not connect. Place was clean and kitchen well equipped. Bed comfortable.

Really lovely spot and so close to the park! Was able to get to our favorite trails quickly and enjoyed unwinding in front of the fireplace and tv. Super comfortable bed, too!

Booking was easy and the loft was in great condition. Even though parking was limited right in front, the city lot was a quick walk over.

Good price for such a convenient location. Property manager texted me when unit was ready. I was able to get in one hour earlier. I didn’t have to do much driving since the unit is right downtown Estes Park. Beautiful view of the sunset over the Rockies.

The location was excellent, the condo was extremely clean, no issues at all checking in, Lucky provided number for any issue I may need, also fast response time in contacting to see about staying an extra night. Will definitely stay again.

I've stayed in several units at Lofts at Estes and this was my favorite. All the units are very clean with all the extra amentities, but this unit had a wonderful deck off the upstairs master bedroom. My husband and I loved sitting out on the deck watching the traffic and people. Even saw an Elk trying to cross the street.

Great location for RMNP visits, comfortable bed, limited cookware for cooking.

Had a great few days in Estes parkband RMNP and enjoyed being closebto town when we were back from the parka

We loved staying at this place. It was very close to the Main Street in Estes Park and only a few minutes from one of the RMNP entrances. The place was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here!

Conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do in Estes. The parking permit was a bonus. Wish there was a dresser for clothing that doesn't go on hangers.

The property is wonderful. Its to a very high standard with everything catered for a visitor. Immaculate throughout, so good staying here, it seems a shame not to spend all your time in the property! If are ever able to come back, this is where we'd want to stay. Parking is just across the street if the 6 spaces are already utilised.So close to the centre of town (everything walkable) & quick access to Rocky Mountain Nat. Park- (beware of timed entry requirements). Many locations to eat.I highly recomend you choose this location for your stay. Truly lovely to be here

This place is in the perfect location. You can walk to many places to eat, shop , and just sight see. You are not far from Rocky Mountain National Park. Very clean and Comfortable place to just relax.

The location is perfect for a visit. Close enough to walk almost everywhere. Generally quiet, very clean. The balcony would be a great place for a cup of coffee or tea when the weather is warmer. We loved it and would definitely book again. Great place to have a couples getaway.

Perfect location for a trip to Estes Park. Sitting just a block from Elkhorn Ave you won’t be needing to drive anywhere in town. Slight road noise but it quiets down later evening.

The condo is in the best location. Right on the riverwalk with easy, walking access to all the cute shops and lots of dining options. The condo was as described and the bed was comfortable.
