Stayed Oct 10, 2024The location is unbeatable, and we’ve stayed at the Hyatt and The Residence condos many times. This was our first ReMax property rental though, and we’ll never do it again if we can avoid it. Extra fees for things like linens, extra to-dos outside of Vrbo like signing a short-term rental agreement and downloading a new app, and extra steps to pick up keys and check in. Minimal amenities and supplies in the unit (outdated tvs, missing cookery). Lack of cleanliness (sand on the floor, mold in the washing machine). Find another host to stay at a similar property.
