Downtown Corner Unit with Views

Great open floor lay out. Pretty clean, but the master shower needs attention to the grout and glass. Kitchen fully equipped! House beautifully decorated. Bar stools a little wobbly, safety concern for little ones. Probably need replaced! Stunning view from balcony, and close to the waterfront park for kids. Loved covered and insulated garage parking! Beds comfortable. Felt like our own home away from home. Very cozy!

The location is exceptional! You are just 2 blocks from the main street and right next to river park. The condo was perfect for us and so beautiful! We will most definitely book again.

Owners were very communicative and nice to work with. The condo is on the corner and has spectacular views! It was fun to stay so close to the main street. We were able to go shop, bring things back, and go out again for more! It was spacious, yet cozy. The kitchen well-appointed for cooking. The beds and sheets were amazingly comfortable. It was a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

Was the best place you could stay in Leavenworth! It was the corner unit and has unbeatable views of the river, mountains and town. Short walking distance to everything. Beds were cozy and kids loved the fireplace. I loved the massive covered deck and enjoyed the views with some great local wine form Jones Winery. Leavenworth is open and thriving! We will never stay anywhere else again. This is the place!

This condo is an excellent place to stay in Leavenworth. The location and parking amenities couldn't be better. Lots of room inside, and a nice master bathroom too. We already rebooked for next year!!

Perfectly located one block from shops, restaurants, and bars. Covered parking garage, great view, and backs up to a park/trail head so it's quiet at night. Can't go wrong on this one.

The condo was perfect. Really comfortable and homey. The location was ideal. We parked our car inside and didn't get it out till we left. Walked everywhere. We didn't cook but the kitchen was fully equipped. The hostess was so helpful, answered our questions within minutes.

This place was even better in person! Perfect location to sit on the large balcony in the sun in the morning and at night. Had a great view of the mountains and downtown. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was loaded with all amenities you would ever need. Nighttime was quiet too. great place, definitely going to be coming back!

The condo is very nice- comfortable, nicely designed, fully stocked for two couples or a family. The location was perfect. We loved parking the car and easily walking to anywhere in Leavenworth. The balcony was spacious and a relaxing place to look out at the mountains with a glass of wine or a coffee. Do remember you are in town so it can be a little noisy on a Friday evening. We also noted that you can really hear the folks walking around in the unit directly above but that said the condo was perfect for our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there or cooking a meal in between our Leavenworth activities.

I’ve been vacationing in Leavenworth annually since my first daughter was born 11 years ago. We’ve actually stayed at this specific unit a number of times in past years. This year, the unit wasn’t everything listed and we were a bit disappointed. We booked Xmas week, which is a peak week and at peak rates for the year. The unit has a washer and dryer and we pack light. The washer was unfortunately not operating. We brought food from the market and found that the oven was not working. To the owners credit, she did message two days in advance to let us know about the oven but I hadn’t gotten around to checking. Christmas, as for most, is a very busy time of the year. The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling. We actually noticed that the sofa was a pull out. It isn’t advertised but we tried to use it. I would not recommend it, it was not clean. We raised concerns with the owner and she was very frustrated with me. She tried to make it seem that I was a guest in their home and she was doing a public service to me by offering it for rent. At 1,600 for the two night stay, I’m definitely a customer, not a guest. She offered 50 credit for the inconvenience or offered that we leave the next day for a full refund. Unfortunately there is no place you can go. Everything was booked solid with 1 day notice and I really did look. Nonetheless, this wasn’t the stay we were intending. The location is perfect but we won’t be staying at this unit again.

The condo is very nice. The owner is very accommodating. The condo is very close to park and walking paths. Do not bring a lifted or big truck there is not parking for them. I would stay here again as it was really close to town.

The condo we stayed was beautifully decorated, cozy and welcoming. The owners were very easy to communicate with at anytime.We would stay here again, if it’s available when we come back. Awesome time spent in Leavenworth and seeing all the Christmas decorations.

Very comfortable and easy walking distance to town.

The place was a perfect setup for my husband, our baby (about 1), our au pair, and myself. We had our baby in a pack-n-play (we brought with us) in the walk-in closet of the main bedroom, while our au pair had the smaller room.Location was a 1-2 min walk to downtown Leavenworth. Couldn't ask for a better spot!

Great location, well appointed condo, very clean and tastefully decorated. Only downside is there’s only parking for one car. There is no overnight parking on any street nearby so had to park in a shopping center lot a mile away.

We loved the great location in charming Leavenworth. We could walk to everything. The condo was decorated beautifully for the holiday and we had lots of room to prepare meals, play games, and celebrate the holiday with family. Unfortunately, we discovered upon arrival that the oven was not functional, and we had planned to use it to cook our holiday meals. The owner worked very hard to help us, and eventually located an unoccupied unit whose owner kindly allowed us to use their oven to prepare our meal. This was not ideal, but we were very grateful and it worked out fine. The washing machine also malfunctioned during our stay, which was inconvenient. If not for the issues we had with appliances, we would surely have given a 5-star overall rating. Would not hesitate to recommend this as a great place to stay in Leavenworth.

Such a perfect location! The condo itself was lovely and comfortable. We were very happy to have the underground parking spot. However, our kids drove over in a second vehicle and finding parking was difficult. Definitely recommend coming in one car if possible! Otherwise, an absolutely perfect holiday. We will book here again in the future!

Group of 4 adults.. Outstanding location and property.. So very conformable, and convenient to everything we had an interest in doing. Host very easy to communicate with.. Definitely on our repeat trip list and accommodation !!

Location, location, location! Well-appointed condo located in downtown Leavenworth perfect for a low-key girls weekend. Very clean and comfortable.

The condo was fabulous! Very clean and with plenty of paper supplies. Kitchen has both a Keurig and regular coffee pot and plenty of pots, pans dishes and utensils. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. Parking for the first car in the garage was super easy, if you have another car you will need to park on the street which is paid parking during the day, or try to find free parking elsewhere. The wrap around balcony was really nice with plenty of comfy seating, we enjoyed spending lots of time out there. Make sure to bring your own spices, etc. if you are planning on cooking. There was salt/pepper/garlic powder available to use. Walking to town was a breeze, even for those with limited mobility. Carolyn was super quick at responding to our needs and was so very gracious to allow us to stay another night. This is a 5***** property, so don't hesitate to rent it, you won't be disappointed!

Leavenworth is one of those rare jewel finds. As our friend kept saying I just cannot get enough of this view. The scenery cannot be beat. The condo is located in a wonderful location with just 4 or 5 blocks to walk to the center of everything.

Absolutely a wonderful stay. Fantastic location…walk to everything, including the river. Fully stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, and a fabulous porch! Highly recommend both the town and the condo.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stmt aged at this condo. It’s a great location with secure parking. The hosts instructions were very thorough. Responses were prompt. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo is very clean. Thanks again for another great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn's place and would certainly book it again. The location is perfect for walking around and exploring Leavenworth. Though they are certainly not deal breakers, there are a few items I would note. The elevator seems to be a little temperamental and didn't always work, so I would be aware of that if you're in a position where you need to use it. The floors of the unit also seem to be very thin as we could hear every noise in the unit above. Last, there is a Keurig and a coffee pot, but only one days worth of pods were provided and there was no ground coffee. Just something to be aware if you're a coffee drinker and doing your shopping before check-in.

Clean unit with plenty of room for 4 people, nicely decorated and in a good location. Parking for one car in the garage. We had 2 cars, so we parked in the free parking lot at the riverfront park just below the unit in the daytime. Then we parked in a parking space closer to the unit after hours, when parking was free.

We stayed here for a quick visit to Leavenworth and the property was perfect for us! The location was excellent and allowed for us to easily explore the town. The condo was as listed and communication with owners was clear and quick.

Beautiful, very well appointed, immaculate unit. Convenient access to downtown & walking trails. The only down side was that it could be noisy. The establishment across the street has very loud outside music & there were very noisy children in the unit above running & jumping off furniture etc..

Even with a few hiccups, this is our favorite place to stay!
