Welcome to The Powder Palace, your warm and thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 3rd floor in the heart of beautiful Golden!

The space:
Our modern, stylish condo offers a warm, cozy mountain vibe, perfect for your next adventure. After a day on the slopes, store your equipment in the dedicated gear room inside the unit, designed to dry out your ski or snowboard gear.

The sunlit living area is the perfect place to relax, featuring a comfortable sofa, Eastlink cable TV, Roku streaming apps, and a sound system for your entertainment. Stay connected with fast WiFi, ideal for remote work at the dedicated workspace.

Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a blender, and even an Air Fryer. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, where you'll find an outdoor dining set and a BBQ grill for evening cookouts.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two private bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with an ensuite washroom
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed

Both washrooms are stocked with complimentary soap, shampoo, and body wash. One features a relaxing bathtub, perfect for a soak after a long day of exploring.

For your convenience, the suite includes:
- AC
- In-suite washer and dryer with complimentary detergent
- A secure ski and bike storage locker in the underground parkade (please bring your own lock)

Our home is family-friendly and equipped with a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware to make your stay easier.

Guest access:
You will have full and private access to the entire suite. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with our keyless electronic lock. Upon arrival, you will find key cards for the main building security door and a FOB for the heated underground parking.

Self check-in:
Easily check yourself in with our electronic lock on the front door of the private entrance. Codes will be provided to you after you book with us.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in downtown Golden, you are just steps away from everything you could need. You are surrounded by National Parks with access to endless outdoor activities like hiking, biking, snowmobiling, golf and rafting.

Kicking Horse Mountain Resort: 15-minute drive
Golden Skybridge Adventure Park: 5-minute drive
Golden Golf Course: 10-minute drive
You're also within walking distance of local favorites like The Whitetooth Brewery, The Stolen Bell Distillery, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Getting Around:
Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. You have several options:

Heated underground parking stalls
On-site outdoor parking stalls
Nearby street parking
There is also an EV charger in the parking lot for your electric vehicle. It is first come first serve. Please follow all posted signage when parking

House Rules:
Please treat the Powder Palace with respect. Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. Please note there is no on-site staff 24/7, but we will do our best to take action ASAP for any urgent matters.

Important Information:
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced. We may be able to offer a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice for a $35 fee, but this is subject to approval and is not always possible. We will notify you if the home is ready sooner.

Starter Supplies:
We provide a starter pack of essentials like coffee, salt, pepper, spices, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Lost & Found:
We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind. Items will be stored for 14 days before being donated or discarded. A fee will apply to coordinate the return of any items.

Mail & Parcels:
We do not have access to a mailbox. Please do not use our address for mail. For parcels, please arrange for door drop-off or depot pick-up.

Cancellations:
We adhere to our posted cancellation policy. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected changes.
