Welcome to Kicking Horse Vista, your luxurious mountain getaway nestled right at the base of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. This brand-new build, modern home blends upscale comfort with big mountain convenience— perfect for families, groups, or adventure seekers looking to make the most of Golden’s world-class skiing and biking.

Whether you’re hitting the powder, exploring hiking trails, or relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine under the stars, this is your perfect mountain basecamp.

Enter from the main door at ground level and you will find a garage to store your sports equipment. On the ground level there is a queen bedroom, full bathroom and bunk bedroom with four queen beds. Head up the cozy carpeted staircase to the second level and open concept living space with full kitchen, dining room with stunning views and huge sectional for relaxing. There is the option to close the den using sliding doors to turn it into a private additional sleeping space with queen Murphy bed. There is a full bathroom on main level and access to the master bedroom which has a walk in closet and attached ensuite.

The whole space is yours for use aside from one locked storage off the garage for owner storage and a locked mechanical room that houses our cleaning supplies and extra linens.

I do not live at the base of Kicking Horse but am in Golden and happy to answer any questions related to the property and area. Do not hesitate to reach out.

There are additional units being built in the neighbourhood and close to the property. You may hear occasional construction noise but it is limited to business hours and should not cause any interruption to your stay.
