Really liked that it was quite, The only bad was the construction going on right next door but I understand that has to happen so it was okay great area great restaurants but be prepared to pay

Great time in Rosemary Beach. This condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. It’s close to everything. Having two bikes available to us was a huge benefit. Short walk to the beach and short walks to delicious restaurants. Bathroom and shower were a nice big size. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful room with a wrap-around corner balcony. Host left amazing treats to welcome us! The location is perfectly situated to where you can walk out and go left down to beach access and to Rosemary Beach’s shops, or right to Alys Beach’s restaurants or the nature trail. We loved riding the bikes as well! Communication with host was fabulous! We absolutely loved our stay!

My husband and I were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Ray and Tina are wonderful hosts and very communicative. The condo is nicely located and clean. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a wedding in Alys Beach and decided to turn it into a week long vacation. The property was perfect for 2 people! It was awesome that they provided 2 beach towels and an umbrella and 2 small beach chairs. The property was clean and was perfect walking distance to the surrounding towns so we were able to go on a walk in the mornings to try all the different coffee shops. We didn’t end up using the bikes because we were so busy all week but it was such a nice thing to have the options and biking up and down 30a is always a blast.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, room size was perfect for our long weekend, they provided great amenities. Having the bikes were amazing, we used them so much! Would absolutely stay here next time we are in town :). Normally when you get home from traveling you are excited about your own bed but when we got home we were missing this comfy bed!

Found the area expensive but beautiful- just harder for seniors - because everything was walk or bike

The location was EVERYTHING! Being able to ride bikes to some of my favorite restaurants made this spot perfect! Loved all the finishing touches of wine, cheese, and cookies left out for us as well

We had such a great time at the condo! The patio was wonderful—we spent many hours out there just reading & relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the bikes were a great bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was so perfect, easily walkable between towns and easily could access the beach. Parking and check in/out was so smooth. The VRBO was exactly as pictured and was so well cared for, very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The huge balcony was a plus and had prime views of the fireworks along the beach (stayed for the 4th of July). We would absolutely love to come back and stay here.

We had the best time at the condo. Ray was quick to respond with anything we needed and was very friendly. The condo is just as described. The balcony is awesome. Neither my husband nor I had visited Panama City before or used VRBO to book a place to stay. This property is near the most exclusive beach access, with caretakers who take their work seriously. Every detail was just as described on the site, and concerns were addressed quickly, with property managers responding effectively via phone/texts. We enjoyed a relaxing three days here. Seacrest Beach-Unit 300 is on our list to return again for another visit soon!

It was raining the weekend we stayed but the place was nice, clean and in a great location between alys and rosemary. We didn’t get a chance to use the bikes due to the rain but it was nice they would be available.Only hiccups were the internet wasn’t working on arrival due to router not being plugged in, but that was an easy fix.We would stay here again

Ray and Tina are the best hosts one could ever have. They are attentive, communicative and hospitable--even left us treats to welcome us to the condo. We love this spot, situated between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, with everything you could want within walking distance. The pool is great and the porch for the condo is fabulous. We always love our stay here.

Great area! Great Beaches! Great Restaurants! Very nice condo that is perfect for two. It’s close to all the action.

Accommodations was adequate and comfortable. The hot tub unfortunately was not hot as described in the posting, although reported to maintenance it never was fixed.

We wanted a few days at the beach to get a nice escape and this place was perfect. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable!

This property was a great place for a quick get away for me as a solo traveler. It was conveniently located to get to the beach, the closeby areas of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The included bike was wonderful - it was my local transportation to get around. The linens were great quality and the bed was very comfortable for a solid night sleep.

The location was wonderful being right in between the 2 adorable towns of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach; the bikes were such a bonus! Ray was awesome, super quick with communication and very helpful - would stay here again!

The condo worked nice and was very comfortable and had a large balcony. The location was perfect. You can walk to shops, restaurants and the beach very easily. The beach cruising bikes we used were another fun and fast way to get around. The only suggestion we have in the studio style condo is to have a second mirror other than the bathroom.

Tina and Ray stayed in communication with us. They brought us new beach chairs. We loved the bikes. What a wonderful extra. They think of everything to make your trip seamless! This is a perfect location!!!!!

So relaxing, close to everything, bikes made the entire week and the oversized balcony pool and hot tub on-site. The management was very responsive and accommodated an early checking when our flights were moved up last minute. My husband and I enjoyed sleeping in and leisurely days at all of the beaches minutes on the bike. We would love to return and recommend to our family and friend in the future. Thank you!

We spend 5 days at this condo and enjoyed very much. Location is perfect, right between two beautiful towns, Alys Beach and Rosemary beach. Walkable distance to beaches and restaurants. Love the warm waters and white sand beaches..

Our unit was very clean and as described. The location was very convenient to excellent dining. We loved riding the bikes to our dining experiences. I misunderstood the Private deed beach area. It’s just a small areaIt’s open to a large number of people. It was very crowded.

We were nervous about Hurricane Helene hitting at the beginning of our stay, but Tina kept us informed of the storm and worked with us to arrive once the storm had passed through and we knew everything would be alright! We appreciated the communication so that we could enjoy our first mini vacay with our 3 month old baby! Highly recommend!

While the sunshine did not come out for us we enjoyed our stay! The location was great and we were able to get to Seacrest and Rosemary by walking. We took a quick Uber to Seaside and spent the day shopping and exploring the cute towns! The walk to the beach was quick and easy.the only recommendation we had was to have more hooks to hang towels or wet cloths ! Thank you for a great getaway

My husband and I spent a few days here for our babymoon and absolutely loved it! Great location to walk and bike to everything, and bonus to have bikes available. The unit was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The large, corner balcony was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful location to enjoy all 30A has to offer…beaches, biking, shopping, dining…all just right out the door!

This property is the perfect location between Alys beach and Rosemary beach. The room was cute and clean. Perfect for 2 people! Highly recommend!

My spouse and I enjoyed celebrating our 25th anniversary here! While the building seems on the older side, Tina and Ray have a beautiful place that is cozy and inviting. Tina was a wonderful host! She provided a lot of information/suggestions, was quick to respond when we had questions, and included some thoughtful touches with welcome snacks, bottle of wine, beach chairs and bikes. Great location that is an easy walk, bike and short drive to shops, restaurants and beaches. We had fun exploring the different beaches during the day and taking sunset walks at night. Inlet Beach was our favorite as Seacrest was so much more crowded. We enjoyed bike rides along the 30A, dinner at the Red Barn, dinner and live music at The Big Chill, and checked out Idyll Hounds Brewery. Would definitely love to come back!

Location was great…. Decorated beautifully! Special extras we enjoyed. Hosts were great!
