Stayed Jul 19, 2025The Battery on the front door Key pad went out, causing us to be locked out for a number of ours 10PM to 1AM. I would recommend someone monitor the battery levels so this wont cause issues. This was a minor inconvenience, however my daughter just started her period and was really in need of her products. We had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes for someone to come help, Property Manager was super nice and helpful, apologetic, but we had no options but to wait late a night in the humidity for the property manger to come assist. If there is a way ou guys can monitor those batteries it definitely could have been prevented.
