Electricity problems. 2nd bedroom was inconvenient. Neighbor was noisy.

This is an older but well maintained property. It would be nice if the electronics were updated, but overall a good value.

We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. We also really liked the large tub. / shower. The kitchen and fridge were very clean.

The location is perfect for Moe's Valley bouldering - it is literally a five minute drive from the parking area. The property has a pool, hot tub, basketball courts, tennis, etc. in the clubhouse. In the condo itself, there's even a Pacman machine, which my kids really loved.

This is the perfect condo! It’s roomy, clean, and comfy. There is swimming, tennis, pickle ball, racquet ball, golf, basketball, skeet ball, and more! Those activities at the club house kept us busy for a long time. We loved it. There was always something to do. We had our 3 teenagers with us. There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have their own little space while we felt like we were having quality time together. Seriously- we loved our stay here. It was perfect. We are already planning another trip. I don’t think I could ever go to St George again and not stay here! It was fabulous! Looooved it soooo much!

VRBO was clean, Host good to work with, Amenities were good. Only concern is back room with beds was warm and the small fan was insufficient to cool it down

We enjoyed our stay and the pools were great for our family. The only suggestion I have is to deep clean the carpets.

We had a fabulous stay. The rental was spotless. So clean and so nice. We loved the abundance of towels. Our teens loved the pool and tennis courts. We would most definitely stay here again and are already planning the next trip. Thank you so much!

Nice place overall, but place had a strange odor. Got used to the odor after being there a while, but noticed it every time we came back. Strange bedroom layout where you have to walk through master to get to other beds. Loved the arcade style pacman game in main room. Nice spacious common room next to kitchen. Liked that this was a bottom (basement) unit with only a few steps to get to. Parking was usually within a few stalls of unit.

The people upstairs was a little noisy. We thought it was a child ended up being a dog running back-and-forth. I enjoyed the place and I enjoyed the area. Very nice place.

Overall the stay was good.. kids had a blast with the clubhouse and activities. It was nice to have a full kitchen and very decently priced. Several sinks were clogged not draining well and the patio furniture was very dirty & dusty..a few windows wouldn’t lock or close all the way to lock them..but overall was a decent place for us!

The condo was clean and tidy. We arrived in the dark and the porch light was out so it was a little hard to see the key code. The host responded quickly to emails sent.

Everything was clean and ready to find. We had a wonderful weekend.

Condo was just as described. The kids loved being able to be right in the same room with us. Very clean. We would definitely here again in the future.

This was the perfect location for our family of 6, everyone had space and room to play! From the oversized bathtub, to the Pac-Man arcade game within the unit! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, a washer and dryer to keep up with toddler laundry and cozy bedrooms for everyone. The hosts were super responsive and made our stay as comfortable as possible! The space is relatively close to everything in St George and was in a quiet community. We didn’t utilize the clubhouse and all their offerings, but we did check out what was available, definitely would be better with older kids. The kids loved the playground within the complex but were sad that the pool was closed. We would love to come back to this space again in the future!

The layout of living and kitchen is nice and open. The Pac Man game was the highlight! The host answered promptly when we had an issue with the lock which we appreciated.The only odd thing is the second bedroom, you have to walk thru the first bedroom to get to it and if it's not family it is awkward. Overall very good, would stay there again, just with family.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the drains in the bathroom sink and tub were slow. Other than that it was fine. We were there for the St. George Marathon so it was just great to have a place to relax.

Easy check-in and access, nice place, clean and welcoming. The pool was super nice and clean. Lots of loungers, chairs and umbrellas in a few areas. Many activities available in the club house.Really nice pickle ball and tennis courts. We enjoyed our stay!

This unit met our needs as primarily just a place to sleep during a nearby family reunion. I cannot review many of the amenities as they weren't used. The king bed could have been more comfortable, but it was adequate for a decent night's sleep.

Our stay in St. George was superb! It was cool to have an old style pacman machine in the unit! :) The place was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Will definitely try to stay there again when in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay. There were so many things to do right at the property, including mini golf and racquetball in the basement of the the clubhouse. The house was listed as 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom is an area off of the first bedroom with a privacy curtain. It would be great for a family with children. It may be awkward for 2 couples. For a girls trip it was great. We would stay here again.

We thought we had reserved a 2 bedroom condo, but this was a one bedroom with an accordion door to separate the area. The problem was in the smaller area there wasn’t an air conditioner vent so it got very warm and not a lot of electrical outlets. For what we used the condo for it was fine, a little dated and dark but it worked. The outside porch light might need to be replaced, it looked like a strobe light. We appreciated that the carpets had just been cleaned and the rest of the condo was relatively clean as well.

Nice place to spend spring break with the kids

We stayed a month for a working vacation, and this was a nice place to stay, just as advertised, neighborhood felt very safe. Hosts were excellent and responsive. I would call the amenities at the club pretty modest (we'd planned to use the workout room but it's not open early morning, hours limited, so we didn't use it), we tried the hot tub nearest the unit, and it was not really hot at all, but we think the one at the clubhouse was better as people were frequenting it. We never found time to catch it open and empty. The clubhouse pool looked nice but we were out of season for that. Just a clarification note: the second bedroom does not have its own access to a hallway or bathroom, any additional guests must travel through the master to get to the bathroom or wake up early. Fits families with kids for sure, but maybe less ideal for adult groups. Very satisfied with our stay. And we had FUN with the Pac-Man!

Stayed for a soccer tournament, and it was perfect for our needs!

This condo is a one bedroom with an additional room with a queen and bunk beds. There is a bifold door separating the rooms. For a couple it’s great and loads of room to spread out. Manager was responsive and helpful!

Not sure how many times we have stayed here now, but it is the place I look for first any time we are going to be in the area. Cleanliness is a given. They maximized sleeping space and Pac-Man is always fun for everyone.

It was a nice home. The Pac man machine was a bonus fun activity. We weren't there much as we were visiting family but it had what we needed. We contacted the owner a few times and they were prompt in getting back to us,accommodating and helpful. We wanted to add a day to our stay and we couldn't figure out Hulu..lol. Our only issue was the mattresses may need updating. It's a beautiful area/ neighborhood

Everything was labeled well and had just what we needed for our stay. The king sized bed was very comfortable. My family enjoyed going to the hot tub and my nephew loved the Pac Man game.

Condo was nice and clean. Has a great time! Pools are close and pretty much had them to ourselves. 5 year old granddaughter loved the Pac-Man game. With 5 of us, 1 bathroom was tough but doable.

Area is awesome!!! Amenities at the club house were fun. Pool, hot tub, infant pool only 1.5ft deep. A swing set and slide. Basketball area, tennis, pickleball, racketball, mini golf, pool table, ping pong. Living area was as described. Only downside was the back room with the bunk beds and full bed was HOT. There’s no AC vent and only an old dirty fan with the wire stuck behind the dresser So it can’t be moved. We slept with the air at 72 and it was hot in that room and the bedroom. My kids ending up sleeping in the living room. There’s a coffee pot, no k cups. Bring your own coffee :) I don’t think there was Tupperware for food storage so bring ziplock bags. Trash bags were provided. Beds a s pillows were very comfy! We will stay again!
