Loved the location! It was the perfect beach get away!

Location and view is unbeatable! Sitting on the balcony was just like sitting on the beach but you didn’t have to deal with umbrellas or sand. Stacy was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. If we didn’t live 8 hours away, we’d be back every year.

Beautiful view of the beach and fishing pier from this third floor walk up unit! The home was stocked well with everything we needed for our stay. We contacted the property manager several times and she was quick to reply and address the issue. Convenient walk to everything on Folly. Perfect location and so great to have an assigned parking space for our use.

Has a beautiful view and easy access to walk on the beach. It was just what we needed for a week away . Within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants.

Fantastically beautiful overlook of the ocean and pier right on the beach! We truly were able to watch dolphins playing in the the ocean with the first rays of the morning sun as well as fisher birds diving for their meals, right from our deck! Everything you need is just a short walk away: excellent restaurants, coffee, shopping, music and more. This is our second stay at Dolphin Watch, and there will definitely be more!

Didn’t expect the dog situation, no water pressure, 4 flights of stairs, shared thermostat, but all in all we had a great time. Luckily we had great neighbors and the host is the most wonderful person in the world. But we won’t be back.

This is an amazing location in Folly Beach and we will definitely be back! It is so close to all the restaraunts and shopping in town and the view of the beach, pier and ocean is amazing! It is right there off the balcony which has awesome views. We spent so much time out there just soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the views. The beach is aslo fantastic and just steps away! The room has all your basic amenities and meal-prep items for making your own meals if needed, but there are so many fantastic retaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the furiture cozy. The bathroom shower is huge! My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was thouroughly relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Over all happy with the property. Disappointed with it saying it slept 4. While there is a pull out couch it was in such bad shape that the person sleeping there would push down on the mattress and fall through the underside of the bed. We ended up having to leave it set up as a couch, cover it with pillows and then cover the whole thing with a sheet. It was pretty stained and over all not in good condition. So at most it slept 3...luckily that was all we had. Other than that there were minor things that could use some up keep but overall we were happy with the accommodations. The renter was responsive when we couldn't figure out how to turn the light on....fyi it has a remote so if that is misplaced you can't turn the light on in the bedroom. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with basic items to do minor cooking. It is right on the beach. Im not sure if this rental allowed animals, but other rooms in the building did. Wasn't an issue for us but could be if someone can't handle the daily/nightly barking. There is not an elevator which again was no issue for us, but I did talk with some other renters that didn't realize that and had a difficult time getting up to the third floor carrying all their items. We enjoyed our stay there.

This property location is perfect ! Within walking distance of downtown and all restaurants/shops. We rented a golf cart and hardly used it (except to tour the island). The 3rd floor view is amazing and the end unit provides a nice bit of privacy as no one passes in front of the patio area The property photos represent the location correctly.There are a few games and a puzzle (which we did when it rained)The washer /dryer is shared with next door tenant but there was no conflict to get anything washed. The only things i would like to see improved-Two of the smallest rolls of TP lasted about 3 days. Maybe add a box of Kleenex ?-The sink in the restroom is one of those bowl on counter styles (on top of a high counter). My wife is shorter and it was challenging to use-Coffee maker could use replaced--we just bought cold brewI would 100% stay here again if its available when we go back to Folly Beach.

the kitchen supplies did not accommodate 3 people, plenty of coffee mugs, but only 2 random glasses and 2 wine glasses - not a set of anything including silverware. Even if limited to two people, supplies are sparse.

Loved the end unit and covered porch. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Refrigerator wasn't working but the owner addressed the situation as best she could. No elevator in the building so three flights of stairs to the third level, but not bad at all.

We had an amazing time at the beach! The property was as described except for fridge/freezer acting “on the fritz”. Hosts communicated timely and explained a new one was on the way this week. Thank you for the opportunity and hope to come back again!

The condominium was loving and the location was perfect!

Walking distance to center street, where there are delicious places to eat and have fun.

This perfect little condo had everything we needed for our stay on the beach! We enjoyed being steps away from the ocean, Folly Beach Pier, Rita's, Center Street Coffee and our other favorite places. The views from the front porch are incredible! We are looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway. You really can’t beat the location. Steps away from the shore with your own beach access, gorgeous beach sunrises every morning on the porch, easily walkable to all the main restaurants and tourist shops downtown. Host was helpful and quick to respond to questions. The condo is up on the third floor, so be prepared for the daily stair climbing, but it was great to be out of the way and have unobstructed views. Kitchen is well equipped and laundry was so convenient. We will definitely be back!

The condo sure could use some TLC and a real good cleaning, location is great oh yes blinds in front windows that gives you privacy

Well its run down and has a smell. The couch smelled really bad. Really bad wifi.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect size for 2 people. Close to the Pier and easy walk to restaurants and shops. We loved sitting on the balcony soaking in the front beach views both at sunrise and in the evening with the moon reflecting on the ocean. The fall weather while we were there was just perfect.

We had a two day getaway. The accommodations were great. Location is hard to beat! Can walk to many restaurants and bars.

Overall a great place to stay. Restaurants were am easy walk.
