You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the beach.

Amenities include central air/heat, 2 color cable TVs(expanded package), 2 dvd players, stereo/cd player, internet access - wireless (bringyour laptop), dishwasher (new & quiet as of August 2013), microwave (new as of August 2013) and phone. This complex has a swimming pool and on site laundry facilities.

Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars.

Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the premises.

Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
2026 HOA Run Community Pool: open April- October (opening and closing dates to be announced). 8 am to 8 pm daily, weather & safety concerns permitting.

This vacation home is located approximately 1.2 miles north of Surf City traffic light in Surf City in the central part of Topsail Island. You are close to our local restaurants, shops, Surf City pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum that tells the story of our island’s past.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air and much more!
