Dolphin Overlook - Beautiful oceanfront condo with pool

We really enjoyed our stay here in Carolina Beach. We loved that there were many restaurants within walking distance and the beach wasn’t crowded. Soft sand to walk on and plenty of beach gear just waiting for us in the outdoor storage space.

The property was the nicest condo we have booked at Carolina Beach of the 10 or so trips we have made. Everything was updated and in full working order. It was just as advertised. The proximity to the boardwalk was just far enough away to miss some of the crowds, but close enough to stroll down for dinner and fun. We will be staying here again for our next trip.

Very clean and nice property. The view is beautiful; we loved sitting out on the deck to eat. The place is well-stocked with all the kitchen things you need, and bonus, they have a great water filtration system. You can hear people walking above you, but we just brought some noise machines and ear plugs for nighttime and were fine. The pool is a little small but our daughters enjoyed swimming nonetheless. Overall I would recommend it!

Everything was clean, and it felt like home. We arrived around 11PM, so it took me a minute to find the parking spot. The spot was next to the beach access.

My group feels like everything was really thought out and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We liked the condo and the location. But the internet and the tv had to be unplugged and restarted quite a bit. It was once or twice every day. We appreciated that a reasonable amount of toilet paper and other supplies were provided.

The property was as pictured. There is little insulation to help reduce noise, you could hear every little noise from the unit beside and above you. The people in the room next door were extremely loud. Therefore this is the worst property I have ever stayed in. Did not get any sleep the entire trip from the second floor you can barely see the beach. Will never stay here again.

The unit itself is in the perfect location, the beach is right outside of your door and it's an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. Having an assigned parking spot is a bonus as well. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped, and the unit is nicely furnished with items that are in great condition. Would stay here again!

I booked this condo for my spouse and 4 kids. It was the perfect space. Unfortunately tropical storm debby ended our trip early, but we will book again for next year! Condo was clean and the perfect location. The rental company accidentally forgot to leave linens for the pull out couch, but within 10 minutes of my email they were at the front door. The communication was great!

Amazing views and experience overall. We will definitely book with you all again! Seamless check in and check out and very responsive to emails.

This property is amazing!! Great view of the ocean right on the beach. The wash machine in the unit was not working and there was a service technician and an employee of the property management company to look at it to get it fixed. I mentioned that we were just going to run to the laundromat to wash our stuff and bring it back to dry. The property management employee took our dirty laundry, they washed it, folded it and brought it back to us in a couple of hours. We will definitely stay here again and tell our friends about this place.

The condo was exactly as described, it was neat and with the exception of quite a bit of sand that was not cleaned between the washer and dryer everything else was great. All amenities were exactly as described, loved the coffee/kueric maker all in one. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully I can book the same one next year. Walking distance to the community pool which was wonderful. Best condo I have stayed in a very long time.
