Stayed Dec 22, 2024I wanted a Christmas get a way and we had the best, although the weather wasn't great the view was and that made up for that. Kim is great to work with and I have never had such a personable & caring host. The condo did not feel like the usual condos we have rented in the past, this has a very homey and welcoming feel that I truly felt like I could never leave. They have everything you need from house hold to beach & pool supplies, which you don't find to often. Love the location, you really have just about everything you could need all in walking distance. I love staying in Ormond and really hope to go back again soon, fingers crossed Indies House P1 is available when I do. Thank you Kim for sharing you beautiful Home away from Home with us.

Stayed Dec 30, 2022This condo is spacious, well stocked and a perfect location. The condo is on the top floor and a corner unit with a wrap around balcony overlooking the beach. There is a walkway to the beach for the complex which gave easy access to the beach. Across the street is a Publix and Dunkin Donuts and down the street is a local brewery that’s excellent - Beachside Brewery. Check-in was easy as was checkout. I can’t think of anything that was lacking; it was great pretending for a month that we lived on the beach!
