Dog-friendly oceanfront suite with deck, great ocean view & jetted tub

I was impressed with the cleanliness. It was quiet and I felt safe as a single traveler. Keeping this property in mind for future family trip.

Beautiful home. Great location. Quite property. Not the cleanest but I always clean anyway when I get to the location. Fridge was messy inside and leaked water on items but not the worst thing. All in all it was a nice relaxing weekend getaway

Long in the tooth. Poor beach access. Crazy neighbor downstairs that apparently does not like living around rentals.

1) For 3 nights and 4 days, they promised to mix the wifi and TV but no one came to do it. So our stays for 3 nights 4 days no wifi, no TV. 2) The Robes was soil although is clean but need to be replaced. 3) Area of living is clean, towel is good new. Mattress is too soft and making lots of noise on the mattress spring. 4) My complaint is no wifi , the reason i choose this place because they said have wifi and comment given by others was rated good. I don't have a pet. Just my wife and i . in this age to do nothing in the evening without TV and wifi is quite unbearable .

Liked the fire place. Could not use tub, towel with what appeared to be a pubic hair left in it and the jets were disgusting, needed a good spray and wipe down. Wish I had brought something I would have cleaned it myself. Was the whole reason I chose this place over others. Then when I went to use the wifi later that evening there was NONE. The wifi they gave me was not an option and I never did get it working while there. I would not recommend until they take care of these issues. To top all that off there is 30 steps outside to get into the condo. I was by myself with my dog so that was not convenient at all, especially at night when needing the bathroom. Also, the room has an appearance of being clean from afar, but up close it is clear it is not really that clean at all. I was glad I brought extra pillow etc. The bathroom was in good condition thank goodness and the kitchen items appeared to be clean, but things like the dog kennel, leash and harness, food dishes, toys etc.. do not seem to have been cleaned or washed after use, or regularly. Overall in the condition I found it in last week 05/2023 I cannot recommend.

I really like being close to the beach and you can see the ocean. I wish the rooms were ground floor. It'd be easier with dogs but, very doable. You can tell it's very pet friendly and they really have nice creature comforts for your dogs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Judith Ann Inn. The Marietta room was pretty much exactly as advertised. My wife kept repeating “wow…wow…wow” as she entered and walked through the unit to take it all in. While not up immediately against the shore, the view out to the ocean is quite breathtaking. In fact, the brush and dunes between the location and the ocean blocks most of the beach area, so you get fantastic view of the waves, especially around sunset, without crowds of beachgoers interfering. Even without AC we were able to keep a comfortable temperature inside. The ceiling fans work marvelously and cracking open windows/doors at each end of the unit gives a wonderfully pleasant cross breeze. My wife, who is a trained chef, loved cooking in the kitchen. The counter space provided more than adequate room for her to make absolutely delicious meals. This location is great as it is enough off the beaten path that you don’t get the noises and congestion of a busy tourist/ocean town, but it is close enough to many activities that you don’t have to go far for something to do. All in all, this was a great weekend getaway and we are already looking forward to returning to the Judith Ann Inn.

What a treat!! Great condo, everything we needed was there, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, found a wonderful restaurant across the street called the cove.

Cute building. Very quiet. Stocked kitchen. Horrible wi-fi. We were never able to get connected.The back door was really difficult to close and lock. When we contacted management with those questions (separate calls), it goes to a call center at an unkown location, who then calls someone locally. The wi-fi was never resolved and we never heard from anyone locally on either question after we were told we would be getting a call. The mattress on the sofa bed had a large urine stain and there was something smeared across one of the couches that was covered with a blanket.

This was an adorable property--beautifully decorated and well appointed. The number of stairs was a bit daunting, especially with bad knees so it would be important to note that in the description.The Ocean Shore area leaves much to be desired. So many properties were for sale and so few restaurants were available that it was obvious that it has seen better days...a bit seedy.The worst part was the disgusting smell walking on the beach left on our shoes--hard to remove without a hose. not the fault of the owner, bit a big deterrent. In fact we stayed only one night.

Cute well appointed and nicely decorated condo. Very comfortable seating and bed. But the town lacked ANY charm! No fabulous restaurants or interesting galleries or shops. Very disappointed.

Beautiful building. Nice furnishings. Well stocked kitchen. Wasn’t able to connect to wifi and call to management (a Vacasa call center somewhere) didn’t resolve it. I had to place 3 calls to a Vacasa management line, each time out on hold so they could call a local number, then told I would be getting a call or text from the local person, which never happened.

The house was perfect for our annual weekend! So many great amenities!! The kitchen is really well stocked, the beds & furniture are comfy, we all enjoyed the kites & the place was very clean & cozy! Loved our stay at The Marietta! ❤️

We've stayed in the Richmond multiple times, but tried the Marietta. Very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the wifi could really use an upgrade.

What a wonderful place. So many amenities! We'll be back...

Luckily, I am fit enough to carry all of my belongings up and down the 37 stairs required to get into the condo. I knew this going in so it was not a concern for me. This unit was comfortable, well stocked and had great beach decor, which is fitting for the location. Everything worked properly so I could enjoy the amenities in full.

Overall it was fine. Dont expect the nice four poster king bed to be there. Somehow that went missing and was replaced by a frumpy back hurting bed. There is a nice deck to sit out on and view the sunsets. However you will have to wash the glass balcony barriers yourself in order to see them. Nice TV. Even comes with surround sound. However, getting it to work is another issue in and of itself. I worked on it for about an hour following every detail to the letter, and then even tried troublshooting why it would work. Nope, never got it to work. The place in general, while it was fine and has great potential, definitely needs some serious maintenance and cleaning issues resolved with the staff. I pointed this out already in a different text. Maybe by the time it starts seeing some serious use they will have been resolved. Tried to upload pictures, but the system didnt let me. Maybe because of the 3 star review? IDK.

The condo was exactly as advertised. We had a cozy weekend.

Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the jacuzzi tub.

This place is the best! It's large, has cable, wifi & all the amenities to make it feel just like home! Fireplace, views, close to town. We rode our bikes to dinner, to the beach & everything else town had to offer. Great bed! Fully stocked kitchen. Only complaint was we had to leave!

The place is beautiful & the view is great! Beach is 1min drive away. Best pizza in town 1min away also! The beachiest place to be. We will only stay here for all visits.

I loved the location and how quiet this place is. The home was beautiful inside. The cleaning could be better. But this place was perfect for me.

We loved our stay at the Judith Ann Inn. Our unit was beautiful and positively roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed and we both slept better than ever. Not sure if the mattress is magic or we were just tired. Highly recommend. But the stairs are a lot. Especially when you have to take dogs out multiple times per day.

Unit is old and tired. Plastic steps. Broken blinds. Old style jacuzzi in living room Not good beach access. And crazy lady downstairs who hates the fact there are renters in the building. Avoid her craziness don’t stay here
