Stayed Jun 6, 2025The best part was how easy it was to walk across to the beach from this condo. This was a pleasant surprise. I am from Amelia and expected to need to drive with my grandchildren to a beach access. This unit is in the front with perfect parking space (a little tricky to find the first time) but worth the effort. Condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. No complaints. We would rent again if in the area.

Stayed Jan 14, 2022Our homeschooled boys are studying Florida History. This trip started with Ft. Caroline and Kingsley Plantation and then Ft. Clinch and Fernandina. It was quite cold but we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Dec 25, 2021For a short stay on Amelia Island, we wanted a modest rental near the shore with easy access and an outside sitting area. Our rental filled the bill perfectly for four of us.
