Great property with riverfront view!

Easy hassle free property that’s pet friendly.

I had terrible internet service after the first two days be lost cable access too . Called and emailed pedir support but none was given

We originally booked two nights and loved it so much we stayed 3 more.

Location was perfect! The air conditioner was located in the bedroom and was extremely loud. The bedding and pillows could use an upgrade. Over all it a good place to crash after a long day out.

Nice quiet area and the property was clean. The view was great, the battleship was directly across from the property. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Hope to be able to rent the same room again.

This condo was perfect for my visit to Wilmington. I liked being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and people watch. I wish there was onsite parking as the deck recommended is costly. The kitchen is adequate, but a Keurig would be nice. All in all, the stay was great and I would recommend.

It was a great property, location was ideal and access was easy yet secure. The only draw back was how loud the ac return was within the bedroom. It would startle you awake at night and made it impossible to hear the tv at night.

Great view of the Cape Fear River and the USS-NC Battleship floating museum from our room and balcony! In a vibrant area of historical Wilmington, NC...close to beach, museums, great restaurants, and more. Room was in nice condition...good price for accommodations and area. We had a nice time and were quite pleased!

The title sums it up! Very comfortable accomodations...surprisingly spacious. Sitting on the balcony and seeing the Cape Fear River in your immediate view and seeing the USS-NC Battleship directly in front of you...amazing. Great location...so much to do nearby. Great deal. I'm so glad we stayed here!

Clean, safe and comfortable. Someone should take initiative to make parking spaces available for guests.

Everything about the stay was amazing. The property is in the perfect location. I got to see a beautiful sunset right through the living room every night! Most necessities were provided for my stay. The only negative was not being able to park in the lot and having to pay for it either in a lot of on the street.

We loved the condo, the location and the view. We will definitely stay here again. I did read the description describing road construction out front. That is no longer the case.

Perfect for a couple and their dog sitting on the balcony looking at people walk by and the river right there walk to any shops very close to good restaurants would definitely keep it on our books for next year

Smelled of cigarette smoke front door lock wasn’t well secured old furniture and old dingy condo have to find and pay for daily parking

This place was beautiful! You honestly cannot beat the location and the water view was stunning! The place itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. Yes, the bedroom AC was loud as some other reviews have said, but completely manageable and didn’t bother us at all. Would high recommend staying here!

The location is fantastic, and the apartment is super cute. our only issue was with the general comfort of the place. The bed was not comfortable, there was only one very thin and hard blanket, and the AC unit is located two feet from the bed, inside the apartment and is exceptionally loud.

We always book this place every time we’re in Wilmington! It’s convenient to everything downtown. Easy access, clean, safe. We will continue to stay as long as they are renting!

The place was cute and in a great location. the main negatives of the place is that the AC unit is right beside the bed and it is loud. You have to park multiple blocks away and the price to park adds up quickly. Other than that the place was clean and nice.

This was the perfect spot for us while in town for a wedding. Great view of the river and battleship, and close to everything!

Very convenient location with a great view!

When we got there the ac had just been fixed and when we came back from dinner it was out again and 84°. Not a good night at all but in the morning they got the ac guy to fix it and everyone was very helpful. It was the Vacasa team. Good job.

Staying here was very convenient and easy. We were within walking distance to everywhere we went except the beach. Condo was very clean.

This is my 2nd time renting at this location and will again in the future. It’s very convenient to downtown and with in walking distance to everything. Nice, clean, safe place.
