We have been staying in this lovely beach condo for 7 years. It is like our home away from home. You can’t beat the view! It is well furnished and so clean! It is within walking distance to several restaurants and a quick uber ride to restaurants in Atlantic and Neptune beach. The pool is right outside of this unit and the beach is just over the dune. Harry is a great host. He communicates well and responds quickly if you have any needs or questions. This place is definitely a 5 star in our eyes. Thanks for everything Harry!

Absolutely beautiful ocean from and very close to Mayo Clinic, grocery store, and great restaurants. I caught some nice fish right out front on the beach. This is an awesome property and everything was great!!! Thanks for the great communication and hospitality!!!

We absolutely loved this condo. You walk out the door, across the dune, and you're right on the beach. Perfect for two or three people. It's a quiet, gated community, and very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and being right on the beach. You can get anywhere easily from this location. We'll be back :)

Harry is a fantastic host. We were very impressed with his communication, the place and the location. Loved the gated location, the pool was refreshing and the beach was amazing. The September weather was fantastic. Thanks again Harry and next time we are in Jacksonville we are staying there.

Great location.

Perfect one BR condo. Convenient to everything you need, pool right outside the back door and ocean on the other side of the dunes. Everything we needed was available in the condo, with the exception of food and drinks. It’s one of the better stocked rentals I’ve stayed in. He had bag chairs, fishing poles, a beach umbrella and boogie boards in the closet. We didn’t utilize the bikes, but it’s a great option to get around! Would definitely stay here or rent from Harry again.

The condo we stayed in was absolutely adorable. It was very well decorated, clean, and comfortable. Our host Harry was wonderful and I will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great until I found cockroaches. I notified the owner. He was going to have somebody come and spray but nobody showed up. The laundry on site was not marked and was hard to find. They had the washer and dryer in a closet. Not enough room to hardly move. Otherwise things were clean and the location was great.

We have been coming here 6 years, which shows how much we love this place. We are close to bars, restaurants and we are right on the beach. Harry is great with communicating and has everything here that you need for an enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

Everything was great. We could have used some grab bars in bathroom because we are old. Other than that it was great.

Property was very well maintained and loved that it was in a gated community. Since we stayed in November it was too chilly to use the pool but loved sitting out and enjoying the sun. Would definitely recommend!

We've been renting this property for a few years now. It's always super clean, property owner is quick to respond with any concerns/issues. He even came over once to help with the TV. We enjoyed the pool (which is very clean) with the grandchildren. There's plenty of pool/beach toys even bikes. Personally I would remove/update some of the bric-a-brac but it's not a deal breaker.

Great location, parking was easy, walking distance to so many things, pool right outside the back door with the beach a few steps beyond. Harry was easy to work with and the decor had us all delighted. Can't wait to go back and do it again!

Pictures do not do this condo justice. It was Perfect! Has anything you could need or want. Owners very responsive. If anything they did everything within their grasps to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you so much! I have never stayed in a condo twice in 20 years of beach trips but this one I just might!

The weather and beach was fabulous.The condo needs😭

Our vacation started out nice, even though the condo was rather cramped. There was decor on just about every surface which made it difficult for us to find somewhere to put our stuff. Things went downhill rapidly when I got a text from the owner on day 3 that for the next couple days there was going to be work done to the metal gate to the parking lot. She said that It should not affect anything that we are using. But because of the noise, it affected us from being able to USE the condo or enjoy relaxing by the pool. Which pretty much ruined the rest of our stay, and we ended up leaving a day early.

I rent this place at least twice a year. I love it. Feels like home! Veronica is so friendly and helpful. T Always clean and the pool and beach are fantastic!
