Direct Ocean/Sunset View Penthouse Unit! Watch Dolphins, Whales, Cruise Ships!

Perfect home in the perfect location to suit our needs. Situated well for home base, venturing away most days, then back in the evenings. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Close to several local beaches. Thankful for the fair pricing and for the beach chairs! Quality linens and towels, very, very clean, very quiet and safe as well. Nice pool for days we didn’t go to a beach. Joe is the best host we’ve had. Will seek this rental out 1st for our next trip to the Big Island.

We loved our stay at this property! Great home base for our week long stay. Comfortable, quiet, homey! It was very wet and windy while we were visiting, but the condo was is a great location to just sit and watch the storms roll in. Thanks for letting us stay!

We ended up not staying here. We were unable to access the property and VRBO was unable to help. It was late, so we were unable to contact the owner. The owner called the following day and cleared up the access issue. By then, we had already found another lodging option for our entire stay. We negotiated a fair settlement with the owner directly considering all factors.

The condo was as described. Joe the host went out of his way to make our visit special with his recommendations. I contacted him twice to ask questions and he responded quickly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I hope the property is available the next time we visit the big island.

Perfect location for a winter getaway. Beautiful view and very comfortable accommodations. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet location.

Everything was wonderful! The unit was excellent and everything I hoped for. Great views, clean and well appointed. Grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Host had everything ready and easy to follow instructions. Loved our time here. Thank you very much!

Close to Ali'i Dr without the noise! The condo was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The view from the lanai was great. The complex was also very quiet and the manager onsite was helpful and friendly. Only negatives were that the bedroom size was quite small and the tub drain plug wasn't working.

Great location with beautiful views from the Lanai, easy walk to beaches, restaurants and shops.

The condo was in a great location and very well appointed with lovely views of the ocean and sunsets. We were able to walk into town which was a plus since parking is hard to find in town. The one disappointment was that there were no beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, or cooler for going to the beach. Only two boogie boards. We thought from the description that these would be supplied.

Joe was great to deal with and the property was fantastic. Location is ideal as a home base while on the big island
