Newly renovated and well- appointed, made this spacious ocean front condo a wonderful place to stay! It truly felt like a home away from home. Would definitely return!

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful condo. Everything was high end, the beds were very comfortable and it was extremely clean. The location was perfect on a quiet area of the beach and close to many excellent restaurant’s .

Beautiful ocean view and condo was very clean , updated , comfortable beds , and perfect for a beach getaway ! Kitchen was very organized, well stocked and the condo was very spacious . Beach gear included and great to have a washer and dryer . The pictures and description of the condo was very accurate . Easy access and great communication from the host . We enjoyed our stay and will return !

Amazing ocean views welcome you from the moment you enter the door. Condo is very clean and has been beautifully updated. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of cooking. The private laundry closet located just outside the front door is very convenient and was also stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The location is perfect with a grocery store across the street and plenty of restaurants in the area. Thank you Peter for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

This place was amazing! From the cleanliness, modern amenities including a rain shower to the fully stocked and spacious kitchen. The views were breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised by all the extras like beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys and access to laundry. We cooked several meals in the condo. Peter made sure we had all contact info for anything needed. We would definitely book again.

The minute we walked in, we were thrillled! It was absolutely beautiful, clean, modern and had everything we could’ve needed. The beds were so comfortable, everything was clean and the view was incredible. The condo was quiet and everyone we meet were so nice. We had access to the private access to the beach, a gym, a library and a pool. Peter was a great host and communicated everything well. We will definitely be back!

We were very happy with the condo. We loved that the kitchen provided everything we needed. The bonus was all the gear for the beach including chairs, umbrella, and pop-up tent. We would definitely stay again.

Van Lee 705 is an absolutely beautiful condo! It has comfortable beds, the kitchen is well stocked, lots of beach accessories, and the view was amazing! The AC stopped working but Peter was so great about getting someone out ASAP and making sure we were comfortable. We really appreciate Peter doing everything he could to make sure we had a great week. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

The condo is very clean, well equipped and well maintained. The owner is great to work with. The view cannot be beat. We’ve stayed here several times and will stay again. Never disappoints!

Our vacation was wonderful! We love coming to the Van Lee, especially Peter's condos, and this trip was no exception! We had some issues with the washer and it ended up just not working anymore midweek, but Peter went above and beyond to communicate with us and ended up having a brand new washer installed by the end of our stay for us to use before we went home. We're very appreciative of the time he took to take care of everything, and we will definitely be back in the future! Thanks again!

Property was superior, clean, well decorated well supplied. Host provided all the amenities, including beach amenities such as beach towels, chairs, & umbrellas. Host was helpful, professional responsive to any questions we had.

We wanted a condo on the ocean that was quieter, family friendly with a great location, which is exactly what we got! The condo was everything we wanted and more! Thank you for a very memorable family beach vacation!

Can’t get any closer staying at the beach. This is not our first time here, nor will it be our last. Peter is very attentive and accommodating. There is spacious, clean room for all to enjoy. Best view on the planet. A hidden gold nugget. I need to be careful because the more people that know about this place will cause it to be occupied more, therefore lessening my chance. But it deserves a gold star.

We rented Peter's condo for 2 weeks to visit family in Ormond Beach and to also get away from the cold and snowy weather of New Jersey. Peter's place was perfect for us. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The renovation of the unit was beautiful and added to the enjoyment of the stay. Peter was very easy to communicate with and we will be staying again next year.

Peter was credibly responsive and the kitchen is well equipped so you can cook he also has a couple nice recommendations for eating in the area. The view is wonderful and relaxing. Very nice stay!

The condo was spacious, the kitchen was better stocked than my personal home, nice porch to watch the sunrise, the beds were comfy, Peter responded very quickly to all of my questions. I highly recommend this property!

My 3 sisters and I take a vacation together once a year, all of which are beach oriented and have for many years. I will say that this is by far the cleanest, modern and best stocked with everything you may need while on vacation. We had such a wonderful time. Thank you Peter for all your kindness and support.

I believe this visit was our 4th stay in Peter’s condo. It’s a great place — many amenities and Peter also seems to provide extra touches that sets it apart from other offerings beyond the basics: Qi chargers throughout, trash bags, coffee sweetener and sugar, and pump soap in the bathrooms are several examples.
