Direct Oceanfront Condo W/ Large Balcony

Great location and view. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

Lovely condo, spacious and clean. Great view from the balcony. But it should say in advertising that it is a 3 rd floor walk up - no elevators. A little difficult for elderly !

Beautiful beach view. We loved sleeping with the patio doors open to the breeze and sound of the waves. Jesse was easy to work with, especially when I made a mistake on my booking.

Great stay

This condo was very clean and comfortable with a perfect view of the beach. The location couldn't be better. Can walk to a number of restaurants and shopping. Owner even provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We look forward to getting too stay here again!

Everything was great with this condo, great location and great ocean view. The condo is very well set up for a comfortable stay. We will stay there again.

The sunrise was stunning from the ocean front patio. The condo was very comfortable for our party of 4. We enjoyed our walking tour of St Augustine and riding bikes at Anastasia State Park. We walked to Beachcomber and Mango Mango for meals. The location is perfect for both beach time as well as exploring St Augustine.

Communication could have been better. The screen doors were broken and there was no hair dryer. The view was perfect and beds were comfortable

The host was wonderful in communicating. Our disappointment was that there was no hair dryer, no soap or shampoo. The view was beautiful....but 4 flights of stairs was a challenge with all we had to carry up.

We love this property and have stayed in this condo several times. It is on a wonderful stretch of beach and close to so many great restaurants

The beachview is stunning and the location excellent. Worth the money for that alone.

We've stayed at this complex several times and found that the location and amenities suit our needs. This unit had a gorgeous view and was very well equipped. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was easy.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The balcony overlooking the condo was our go to coffee spot every morning. Condo had everything we needed. Kitchen looked well equipped but we only used the coffee pot and wine glasses as we ate out everyday. Why cook with so many good restaurants close by. There were plenty of towels along with a wide assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.Condo was walking distance to most restaurants if you are able to walk 3/4 mile each way to the farthest. Old town St Augustine is about 5 miles from condo.Would definitely stay here again.

Owner had great local restaurant recommendations and it was very quiet. The pool was never busy and very clean.

Great location and spacious property with large balcony. Everything you can think of was there including beach chairs and umbrella. Some issues with shortages in primary bathroom and balcony, could be easily repaired. We loved our visit and would gladly stay again!

This condo unit is very nice. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The view is lovely being on the 3rd floor. There are a lot of steps and no elevator so if you can’t climb steps this might be difficult. It’s very quiet and so close to restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. The host is accessible and answers all questions immediately.

We really enjoyed the condo. All was as advertised - the condo was clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the big patio and the view of the beach couldn’t be beat. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Only suggestion is some tall chairs on the patio so you don’t have to look through the railing!

This top floor (Level 3) apartment has great views over the top of the dunes to the beach and ocean and the balcony really IS as wide as the photos show! Parking is conveniently at the bottom of the stairs (no elevator). The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable. The patio door on to the balcony is showing it's age and frequent use and is heavy to slide on the rails, but that was the only fault.The beach here is lovely and wide with firm sand which is easy to walk on, and there are lots of eating places a short walk away.I enjoyed my 4 night stay here.

We enjoyed our stay! The apt was directly ocean side and we spent a lot of time on the large deck. Reserved parking made this easy and worry free.

There was so much to do in the area and so much history to explore. Just a short trip into St. Augustine or to various state parks, attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. The view of the Atlantic and the sound of the waves at night made for a great nights sleep.

We walked on the beach, we sat on the balcony looking at the beach, and we enjoyed every second!The place was quiet and calming—just what we were looking for!

This condo is wonderfully located for everything you want to do. It is a short 10 minute drive to old town. It is within walking distance of several very good restaurants. Best of all, it sits on an outstanding sand beach which you can walk on for miles. An added bonus is the amazing sunrises on the large balcony.

This property is located within walking distance of many restaurants and just steps from the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Location and view from this property can't be beat. You will never want to leave. Well stocked for cooking on premises and for enjoying the beach. Beautiful, comfortable furnishings and accents. Host was very accessible if needed.There are easily walkable restaurants, coffee shops, etc... in addition to the great beach view across the entire condo.
