Clean, well laid out. Great condo

It was ok. View was beautiful but we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. We’ve stayed at other properties along the beach before but was the first time for this place. The floors where sandy when we arrived and there a a bunch of raw spaghetti noodles all over the balcony. We cleaned that up and needed to clean the bathrooms a bit, although not terrible. Although we had a good time, it wasn’t as clean as other Vrbo properties we’ve rented in the past. Also, not happy that the exterminators came into the unit when we were not there….had no advance notice they were coming into the units.

We were very impressed with our condo. Our host was very nice. We will be coming back.

What a fantastic unit! Very roomy and killer view of the ocean. Nice large deck with table and high back chairs. Huge master TV, comfy couch and 2 cool reclining captains chairs made the stay great. Only thing I’d suggest is to bring some Tupperware if you plan to cook and have extras.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view.

Condo was very clean and nicely updated. Our family felt comfortable! Bedrooms are large and bathrooms were clean and well kept. Newer appliances in kitchen and laundry. Nice seating area on balcony.

The condo was beautiful, well stocked. and very clean. We have been coming here for the past 25 years and this is definitely one of the nicest condos we've stayed in at One Ocean Place. We will be coming back again soon!!

Carol was very accommodating and easy to work with. Check in was easy!Elevators were quick and not crowded!Enjoyed walking the road and the pretty neighborhoods and of course the beach!

Better than our expectations. Spacious living areas, kitchen is a little tight but the incredible view makes up for the kitchen size. We would absolutely recommend this property.

This property is one of the best places we have stayed. Carol is an excellent host. Communication was great and we even shared a glass of wine with her and a friend one evening. Condo was clean and well stocked.Our stay was an off season monthly rental that included a snow covered beach for a few days and a Space X rocket launch! Both are pretty rare events. View and sound of the ocean is fantastic. Garden City / Murrells Inlet is a great place for seafood, plenty of restaurants and fresh seafood off the boats.

Property was cozy and clean. Right on the beach. Views are awesome. Lots of dining choices close by the property. We enjoyed walking on the beach daily. Great Choice!

We travel to the Myrtle Beach often to visit family and this was our first time staying in the Garden City area. Needless to say, we will be back! The condo, area and communication were all top notch. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the area.

Place was great and had the best of views from balcony and living room. However, unfortunately we weren't told until we arrived that they would be painting the building (ocean side) all week and needing access to the balcony and maintenance on the AC unit during our stay. The prep work (blasting/sanding) for the painting was quite noisy and disruptive.

This was our second summer vacation to this unit. Carol was wonderful and always very responsive if we had any questions. The condo is clean and well appointed! We didn’t lack any kitchen gadgets, cooking utensils, alliances or conveniences of home. The location is so great. We will be back!!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo and it’s our favorite at One Ocean Place. The condo was spotless and the owner is very responsive with any questions we had. Watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony is breathtaking. Carol, thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

We absolutely love everything about this property. It is our happy place for our summer vacation. The minute we step insure we feel at home. Everything is well maintained and beautiful and the view is incredible. Thanks for sharing with us and we look forward to our third year with you next year!

We were elated when we walked in and saw the gorgeous view of the ocean through the wide expanse of windows and door. Because we four are all seniors in our late 70’s and early80’s, we really appreciated being able to enjoy the ocean views from the condo. This ranks as one of the best condos we have stayed in located on a beach. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely want to stay here again.
