1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed, or you may be required to top up a pre-paid meter. In other cases, energy charges are included in the rate paid. Please check with the local Owner/Property Manager before arrival to confirm how these charges are calculated.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid before check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when arranging your arrival time 48 hours in advance, or it may be taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of the year this can increase to €500 per property.
3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange this. You will find the Property Manager’s contact details in the Arrival Info document sent with your final payment confirmation.
4. Fireplace:
Please note that fireplaces in all Dingle Harbour Cottages are sealed and are not available for guest use.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025Deirdre was very responsive for check in. It comfortably fit the five of us- which was a challenge other places in Ireland. Everything seemed very clean. Not fancy, but a good location. Missing a star because of obvious water damage around the place that hadn’t been dealt with, and the washing machine left our clothes smelling terribly. Lastly, there is an electricity meter that you have to pay if it gets close to the end. We didn’t have to pay it, but when you spend this much a night it should be included in your stay.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024I love the fact that it was just so close to Dingle central yet away from the hustle and bustle. A quiet retreat. The parking was a big problem. Too many cars and we got blocked in.
