DeweyBeach 2BR Ground Floor Condo. Family-Friendly, quiet, clean, walk to beach!

Great property and great host!

The condo was perfect for a long weekend, super clean and probably the most well stocked of any vrbo we have stayed at. The manager was great with communication and check in was seamless. Location was perfect for us, central to everything and easy outside parking ( free due to the time of the year). Would highly recommend!!

Host is very considerate, he’s outstanding. The condo is clean and fully supplied for all wants and needs for a stay in Dewey Beach. It is within walking distance to the ocean, many restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. The mattresses are comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

Great condo filled with everything you need. Ben was a wonderful host and takes pride in his property and it shows. I would absolutely book a getaway again.

Host could not have been better Place is very clean and in great shape. Great access to beach. Thought there might be some road noise with location, but was very quiet and slept like a baby. If you are looking for a place for just 2-4 people, highly recommend.

We were very happy with everything about this property! The host was fantastic about communicating. The location was so close to the beach and having the beach umbrella rental was so convenient. We definitely had everything we needed and everything was very clearly labeled so there was no hunting for anything. Would definitely return!

Condo was in a great location, could see both the ocean and the bay. Condo well equipped with all essentials. Clean and cozy. Owner is a great communicator.

Great location, condo was exactly as advertised, host was very available and accommodating. We have 3 kids 16, 22 and 28. We enjoyed walking to the beach during the day and walking to dinner at night at the great nearby restaurants. Of note, we went Labor Day weekend and the restaurants were way more busy than their usual busy, but there are lots of beautiful views and places to sit and relax while you wait for a table. Just go with a laid back mind. Of note for the condo- it seemed to have everything. I love that the beds came with sheets on and we did not have to make up our beds on vacation. I lived the little things, like shampoo dispenser in shower, hair dryer, coffee, beach umbrella, chairs! I can’t think of anything that we needed, that wasn’t already supplied- right down to wipes and first aide kits. The outdoor sitting area was nice and the neighbors who shared common space friendly. It’s quiet, but also in the mix of it all. We felt safe with Dewey PD nearby. I was concerned about parking- but we were able to park near the condo. I know I’ve said this once already- but host was super awesome! Made our stay worth it. If there was something to complain about- I don’t remember what it was- because of all the hospitality provided, I can’t think of anything negative to share.

The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. The condo was conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. The condo was stocked with all the essentials and it was very cozy and clean.

The location is great, very convenient. And the condo is more spacious than we had expected, very clean and cozy.

Owner called the day before our check in. Answered the phone on day of arrival when I had a question about parking and responded to all my texts and approved both an early check in and a late check out. Free daily umbrella rental at beach. Let me keep the parking pass all day on day of check out so we could continue to park in permit spots. Condo was clean and well appointed. Beach just across the street. Dewey fireworks were just off the parking lot in the bay. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend this place.

Host had great communication, reaching out to us first. Were able to accommodate a late check out and helped us with parking permiwhen we arrived early to give us parking allowing us to enjoy the area while cleaners finished up. House and beach items provided were an awesome bonus and made packing much lighter. All main areas very clean, including shower, bedding, kitchen, kitchen items etc. Only place with some dirt was under the stored ottomans, which i suspect hadnt been used in awhile. Location was great, host was great! Would use again and recommend.

Ben was an attentive host. The house had great amenities (toiletries, beach chairs, linens, kitchen items) even umbrella set up on the beach! The house was clean, the outdoor space was perfect too. We will be back next year!
