Stayed Jul 2, 2023Clean, block walk to beach. Walkable to most restaurants. Manager was very responsive and let us check in early when it was available so my toddler could nap. Pool was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 15, 2025Great property, great unit with a balcony situated perfectly for a view of the ocean or the bay. Close to the pool and the fitness center in the building. We’ve stayed in several units and this one is one of our favorite although you can’t go wrong at this place! Clean and host is awesome as always! Will be back next year!

Stayed Aug 4, 2023Stayed on the property for a mini family weekend vacation. Property was beautiful, had all the amenities we needed, and was in a good location. Check in process was easy and the directions given by the property owners were perfect. I would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023Stayed here with my family (kids 7, and 9). • Location is prime; right on the beach and walking distance to food, coffee, and ice cream. • I was worried about night time being too loud, but pleasantly could not hear anything from our bedrooms. • Condo was fully stocked! (Sometimes people say that, but you get there and it’s not fully stocked. This one was) It had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back here to Dewey beach again!

Stayed Apr 10, 2023This condo has everything you need for a comfortable and clean place to vacation! The property owner was amazing as well. We’d love to stay there again in the future. So close to the ocean and minutes to Indian River Inlet so my son could fish. Thank you Diane for having us!
