Destin Towers 93 | Gulf Views, Pool, Balcony & Beach Access

The place is spacious. It’s right on the beach, amazing view. Smaller complex so not as busy on the beach. The kitchen is great. Just needs some updating. Communication was very good. Also love having a washer and dryer in the condo.

Great location on the beach but trying to get onto the parkway to go somewhere is madness. Completely surprised how touristy Destin is and how busy the traffic is in this area. Surprised how cold the water was in this part of the Gulf compared to other places I have stayed, 70 to 75 water temperature most days. Still nice to get into but not what I had come to expect from the Gulf. Bring your money so that you can pay for Chairs and an Umbrella as they do not allow your personal tents unless you want to wait until after 4pm when they do not seem to care about the rules anymore. The condo itself is one of the nicest you could ask for except for the appliances. Could use some updating there if you plan to do laundry on your visit. Signage on this property was inconsistent and confusing. 3 different signs telling you 3 different things when it came to pool hours and there was absolutely no enforcement of any of the 3 different rules that were posted. I tried to enjoy the balcony and view most every day from the 9th floor but had to endure some other patrons use of marijuana from their patio which was clearly against the rules but again not enforced. I do not plan to come back to Destin after this experience.

Beautiful condo, easy access and covered parking was a definite added plus!! Plenty of things in the kitchen to prepare and cook meals! We brought a few personal utensils and personal pans with lids, that made things more convenient, but it was only because of previous experiences with rental properties that had us thinking ahead. The only issue we had was a kind of musty/spoiled food kind of smell when we came in, but we went and picked up some febreez and it helped a lot! The screen door to the balcony wasn’t on the tracks, but luckily it was early enough in the season there were no big issues at all. The views on the balcony were amazing any time of day!!! From sitting out there early in the morning during sunrise, to ending the day with a meal watching the sunset, it never disappointed! Watching people crabbing after sundown was really cool! Close access to the beach, a really clean pool and pool area was also very relaxing! Great grill area, charcoal and gas grills, and was also very clean! My daughter accidentally left her ID in a drawer in the other bedroom, not only did they contact us within a couple of hours, but had it in the mail back to us on Monday!! Amazing communication and service!!We would definitely love to stay at this property again in the future!

The corner until was great! Wonderful view down the beach and could see the pool and hot tub from the balcony. I did have to call the manager for a few issues, but those were related to the cleaning staff and not the condo. They answered the phone right away and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this condo for a week get away

The carpets are old and could use a good cleaning. It was too early to get an umbrella for the beach.

Very clean, exactly as pictured, awesome location. Very easy check in and check out. Designated parking spot. Very pleased. We would recommend and stay again.

The location was super convenient to grocery stores and Target. Easy access to the beach as well as a gated entrance and a covered parking space for my rental car was appreciated. The condo itself was lovely but some of the amenities could use some updating. Little things like having a Keurig and cookware that still had Teflon would be nice. Also the pull-out couch had sheets ready for use however there were no bed pillows for the pull out couch. Also a couple throws in the living room would be nice for those cooler nights. A couple extra black washcloths for makeup removal would have been ideal as well. The entire time we were in the condo there was no cable TV available. We even received a call from the property saying that they were going to be on property and might possibly be in the unit while we were out. That didn't happen because the cable was not fixed- which made it impossible for us to utilize the free movies that were part of the amenities. The unit could use higher chairs on the deck also so that you would be able to see over the railing without obstruction. I know these are all little things but these are things that would make it a little bit more enjoyable. We did like the condo and had a great time regardless

Hi! Our stay overall was great. We did not have a refrigerator for the first 3 days - so we weren’t able to utilize the kitchen. We had to all meals out which was expensive. The master shower is leaking around the corner… not an issue but wanted to make you aware. It will pool on the ledge and then flow over onto the floor. The vent outside the guest bedroom could use painting/cleaning. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Awesome location! Condo was nice beautiful view. Some parts of the complex could use some updating / cleaning. But overall location / view and condo are great

Everything was fantastic. The beaches are beautiful and clean. The pool area was nice. The parking situation was great. The only thumbs down I have is the kitchen utensils/coffee maker were cheap and lots of things missing.
