Stayed Jan 2, 2026The condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, as was the couch and sitting area. The balcony had plenty of seating and a great view. Pool was cold (to be expected), and the hot tub was nice. We pretty much had the property to ourselves. Would have loved it if coffee filters and beach towels were supplied.

Stayed Nov 1, 2025Everything was great except no heated pool at this time. The pool was extremely cold. Maybe consider turning the heat on the end of October.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We love this complex. Have been coming here for 14 years. Scenic stays should inspect before turning units between tenants. The owners maintenance person brought us toliet paper on day 2 of our stay as there was none left at time of check in. He replaced bulbs, smoke detector batteries and outlets that didn’t work. Never saw anyone from scenic stays after two emails.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Managed by scenic stays. No toilet paper left in either bathroom. Lights, plug ins and smoke detector didn’t work. Owners maintenance man was the best person we worked with! He was awesome. Seems that scenic stays doesn’t inspect after housekeeping leaves between tenants. Would have rather rented directly thru the owner. Destin towers is our favorite complex. Love all the owners and Brian with Barefoot rentals.

The condo was clean & exactly as pictured.Check in/out was easy.Cons:Took a day to get the correct wifi info.Had plumbing issues that was never addressed by maintenance. Water pressure for shower & toilets is low. There were some items listed that were supposed to ne included that were not ( dish, washing detergent)

Stayed Aug 10, 2024this appt is old, out dated and needs a sever upgrade. whoever owns this is clearly getting by without an upgrade because no-one i know whould ever stay here twice. my guess is the owners dont care.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Will never stay in this condo again . We were told we would receive a refund for the 5 days with no frig . I’ve emailed and no response .
