Destin Towers 1C

The pool and ocean were right outside our door! It was a beautiful location with steps to the beach as well as an easy drive to other entertainment, restaurants, etc. The condo was fairly comfortable but could use new, more comfortable furniture and removal of the plastic mattress protector, which was noisy with every turn and made us cold and sweaty.

We really enjoyed our stay, but there are some updates needed.

We had a wonderful stay and we will be back! Literal steps out to the pool, hot tub and beach! Everything was perfect for our stay. Rooms were lovely. Family had an amazing time. This is going to be our Florida spot!

Couldnt ask for more. This is the perfect place to escape and reset. Truely wonderful experience.

It was a nice stay. The condo needs updating but for the 3 days we were there, it did the job. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept! My kiddos had a great time!

Love the location to everything and the short walk to the beach

Great location. Host was quick to respond to inquiries. Generally didn't need to ask much as the arrival instructions covered everything pretty well. Overall great experience.

We weren’t impressed with (this unit) at all. Outlets didn’t work, had to call maintenance about the stove that didn’t work either. Most cabinets and drawers were sealed shut, the beds were comfy but looked like a 1st grader put them together with old leftover wood. It needs lots of love! The grounds of Destin Towers were beautiful and clean.

The living and dining room furniture is a bit worn and battered but We weren’t there to hang out inside so it was acceptable. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved being on the first floor and able to walk out to the pool or walk over to the beach. We are talking about renting the same place again next year!

Perfect location and it’s almost a little gem. Not too crowded, pool and hot tub was great and only a short walk to beach. When we do come back to Destin will definitely will be looking to book here

A good place to relaxation with friends.

Location is absolutely perfect! Very easy access into property Furniture and beds very uncomfortable. Dining table pealing up Light bulbs burnt out Basic infrastructure is good

Awesome property, pool and staff! Close access to the beach! Our second spring break at Destin Towers and our favorite rental so far! We hope to be back next year!

The location and beach access was the best but the listing did not tell how old and outdated the condo 1C was in general. The bathroom was especially disgusting. The shower curtain was not only nasty it would not stay up. It was hung by 2 different kind of rings and not enough of them. There was a leak around the toilet coming up from the floor. Dust on the walls, tile floor cracked in LR, mix matched furniture that looked like second hand, the back of the recliner fell off. It looked like it was being held on by desk staples, and the bottom drawer of oven was almost falling off. I reported all this but did not get a response except when I sent a text about the toilet but it just said they would report it to management.

The furniture is old and worn. Not all power sockets are working.

We love staying at this property and look forward to staying at it next year. It was peaceful. Great access to the pool and the beach.
