Property seemed to be be renovated! However pull down bed seemed to be from the 1960! Very uncomfortable, squeaky, and rusty!

Very nice and clean room, well-kept area, wonderful beach and restaurant on site! The only negative is the not very comfortable bed.

Looking for a nice bae-cation, this property is great for that! As long as you and your partner enjoy being in close range with each other, pick this! Also when they say “studio” they really mean studio space!

Reviewer Comments: Disappointed in the customer service and the deceitful description of the room location. It was described as being on the beach. It was close but you had to walk across the street with all beach accessories. We arrived early (check in time is 4:00PM) and asked if we could check in as soon as the room was ready. Response was that they would text me the code when it was ready. No problem--we spent the afternoon on the beach. By 330, still no text from them so i texted them to ask what room number so we could at least find the location. I was given the number and told they would text me the code when it was ready. We found it and parked in front of it. No one went in or out, yet it still was not cleaned yet. 4:00 still not ready --said it may be 5:00 because it had to be inspected. No one ever came. She then gave us the code. Couch was dirty/nasty. Toilet did not flush properly. Dilapidated back patio. Changed code to door without informing us making us late to our parasailing time. This was the only hiccup in our trip---and it was the most expensive.

Didn’t really like the rubber sound when getting out of bed every morning. We are adults over 60 and don’t pee to bed. OVER ALL we Loved the property. Next time we would like to be able to view the ocean. We left the house as it was or better. Thank You So Much.

We had an amazing vacation in Destin and loved the unit! It was very clean, comfortable, and cute! The heated pool and hot tubs were great amenities. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and so close! We were able to watch sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. The location was very central to everything we had planned to do in the area. It was a perfect week and we can’t wait to come back!
