My opinion you can't get a better location the Destin Gulfgate and unit 203 now feels very familiar. Staff was friendly but didn't really have to interact with them, ( we checked late and left early). In my opinion if you don't have to bug the front dest they are doing there job. Bailey at the beach/chair check-in was very friendly, and did a great job making beach time seamless. This will be an annual trip for my family - got to get booked for next year!

The unit is one of the best we have ever rented because it was NOT over decorated nor crowded with unless furniture or decorative items. It has NO fake flowers or trees in the condo. It was NOT an interior decorated nightmare. It has nice useful furnishing and just the right amount of wall art. Maintenance was quick to respond to a lock problem. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and very helpful. The view from the balcony is awesome. We had our meals on the balcony and sat and read and just looked at the waves. Very relaxing visit to Destin for us. The sounds of the waves are easily heard sitting on the balcony. We always find Gulfgate the right place for us and we easily access all the grocery stores, shopping places, restaurants, and Resurrection Church we like to visit. I highly recommend Until 203 and Destin Gulfgate for your Destin visits.

The furniture has been updated from the pics. Kitchen isn't as updated as other units but for the cheaper price then the other units, I'll take it! Would defiantly stay here again.

We have never used it but they provide outdoor grills and a covered eating area . The location can’t be beat. Close to all the restaurants, shopping, groceries and there is a kids entertainment experience across the street. The condo complex is always super clean. All the staff is friendly. We have stayed 4 times in different units and we will be going back.
