We have stayed here multiple times and although not as bougie as other properties - it’s location makes for a great getaway spot.

Adding beach chairs and an umbrella has been a plus! 103 was very nice with very large TV’s and two walk-in showers! Will be back!

People should obey the No Smoking policy, including in the stairs area.

The beach was never crowded nor were the amenities such as the pool or fitness center. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. If we return to Destin, we will definitely stay here again.
