As you enter our 10th floor tastefully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo, you'll immediately feel an overwhelming presence of opulence. Overlooking the Gulf and the beautiful city of Destin, this condo offers stunning views that will takeyour breath away. Cozy up with a glass of wine and your favorite novel in our comfortable seating area, designed for relaxation and offering a breathtaking coastline view. Serve your favorite cocktails at our bar and enjoy them while taking in the scenic vistas of the Emerald Coast.

Formal Living Room:

Bright and comfortable living room featuring two cozy sofas with accent pillows, a glass coffee table, three additional chairs that can be pulled up for extra seating. Large windows and a sliding glass door that opens to a railing, allowing in fresh air and city views, creating a light and welcoming space to unwind during your stay.



Dining Area:

Elegant dining area featuring a six-seat dining table with comfortable, slipcovered chairs—perfect for shared meals or game nights. This space is accented by a beautiful chandelier. Making it ideal for gathering and entertaining during your stay.



Living Room:

Essentials & Guidebook

We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.



We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!



We use a secure, keyless entry system with a unique code for each reservation—ensuring you’re the only one with access during your stay.

The property features pickleball courts, tennis courts, a basketball court, a relaxing sauna, a fully equipped workout room, and a seasonally heated swimming pool. Outdoor charcoal grilling and seating areas just steps away from the lake, and private beach access lets guests experience the emerald coast. This location offers the perfect blend of relaxation, recreation, and coastal living.

Other Things to Note

• This condo has been cherished by our family for many years and is filled with our fond memories.

• While we love children, this home is not well suited for small children.

• We prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, ensuring a memorable stay.

• Two beach chairs and an umbrella will be provided seasonally (March-October) at no additional charge. Kindly note that beach service is only available on full days of your stay and is not provided on your check-in or check-out day.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival.

• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Access to the community will not be granted unless the reservation holder is physically present at check-in and meets the minimum age requirement of 25 years or older. No exceptions.

• Shoreline Towers is a secure, gated community. A guest registration form will be sent after booking and must be completed for entry.

• Boat and golf cart trailers are not permitted on the property per HOA guidelines. Please reach out to us for nearby trailer storage recommendations.



A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Important Noise Disclosure: This condo is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls, floors, and/or ceilings with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of condo living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.
