Destin Beachfront Condo, Amazing Views & Sunsets

Host was welcoming but the check in process was upsetting.

The host was first class and even when the extra mile for a special request. The condo was beautiful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You definitely need a new TV remote for the Master Bedroom. The bathroom exhaust fans and ceiling fans were dirty...otherwise ok. There was a very loud rattling sound in the wall in the living room.

Ice maker never worked and beach area wouldn't allow a canopy on beach for kids to get out of sun. Condo was fine kitchen smaller than expected

This is a great property and location. It was roomy enough for 6 adults with a wonderful view of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pools. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating was that the A/C went out midway during our stay. We were without air conditioning in Florida in late July for two full days and nights. A repairman was sent within an hour or two of contacting the host, but this wasn’t a quick fix as the motor to the unit needed to be replaced. The host did a partial refund to compensate us which was much appreciated. All in all, it is a lovely condo as long as the air conditioning works!

We had a fridge malfunction which was a little inconvenience the first day but the customer service on the matter was on point. Other than that, everything else about the condo did not disappoint.

Beautiful views. Condo was the right size for our family. Access to beach and pool was great. Close to restaurants and stores. The check in process was clear and but the beach service reservation required us to call property management for help. That’s not an easy process at all. The master bed has a major metallic squeak in it but otherwise we had no complaints. Check out process was clear and easy also. Will definitely be back.

However, the pre-check in information did mention renting umbrellas and chairs, but did not state that bringing your own was prohibited. So factor the extra expense into your planning. In addition, we prepaid for 3 days. There are no refunds, which we were aware of. However, the 3rd day, it rained all morning, but the chairs/umbrellas were set up. And then they took them all down just in time for the weather to clear at 2pm. Keep in mind, they are supposed to be out until 5pm. So we were out there for 3 hours with no shade and no refund even though they were taken down 3+ hours early. This was definitely frustrating. The overall annoyance of the beach setup was enough for us to decide that we won't be back to Destin and will explore other areas in the Gulf instead.

Great location. Perfect views. Only issues were that there were many broken things that need repair or replacement. Not sure if this is from a lack of investment from owner or if it is because it is right after the peak season.

Great location and very clean. Master bed seems to be broken, it was very noisy with small movements. Master bed also needs better pillows.

Unit was clean, stocked with some essentials, secure building/parking. The only really negative thing I found at this unit was that master tub is starting to look slightly rough, but, created no impact on our stay!

The amenities in the kitchen were very nice. The garage underneath and the reserved parking space was just a flat out bonus. Using the fob to access the beach and parking garage was very convenient. The beach rentals wentvery smoothly, and because of the fob they were automated once we paid the first day. We will be back!

The pools were a fun way to end each day on the way in from the beach. The kids loved crab hunting on the beach each night. We had a team cookout using the community grills and set up a wiffle ball game on the beach... so much fun!The condo was well equipped with necessities but lacked anything at all for beach equipment. It would be nice to have some chairs and sand toys available for use while there. And there were a few items that could sue some repairs from maintenance (knobs on the master bathroom tub for one).

Would definitely stay her again.
