Desoto Beach Club 105 | Ocean Views, Resort Pool

We reached out a day before to see about a early check in. Response was to check back early the day of arrival. Day if arrival they said they had to check with housekeeping. Never heard back. Arrived at office at 430pm got key fob. 30 minutes after office closed. Arrived at unit. Unit was never cleaned after they departed. Dirty sheets on the bed. Dirty towels in the tub. Poop on toilet seats. Food spilt in Fridge. Sand all over floors. Food on dishes in cabinets. We called the after hiurs number. They did have a team of 4 come and clean. They dud do a good job. After 630pm we were abel to bring in our gear. Traveling with 4 grandkids ages 1 to 12. Long day of travel to get here. Unit is very nice and enjoyable after it was clean. But dirty upon arrival and still had to what was the only issue. Even after 2 calls about it.

The communication was absolutely terrible. The pool was closed and it was supposed to be open. There is a water/mold spot in one of the bedrooms. Will definitely book through someone else next time!

The property was just as listed and we enjoyed the easy walk to the beach.

Absolutely loved it here! The condo was amazing. The location was perfect. It far exceeded our expectations in all the best ways! We would definitely recommend!!

The property wa perfect for our family. We appreciated the large capacity washer and dryer. Dryer did not dry fully in one cycle but not an overall issue for us. The location is perfect especially if you want a quiet beach and pool option. It was an easy check-in and out. Thanks for the memories!

Nice condo but floors filthy until Wash machine flooded entire condo. We mopped quite a bit until the crew finally arrived. We were relocated and lost a half day of our vacation packing up and unpacking! The second condo had full dishwasher n linens in clothes washer. Had to clean out ice maker! Furniture in second place was more tired than first one. Location was good. Views of beach better from upper level condo. Close to many restaurants.One person in our party was in a wheelchair and the elevator was really helpful.

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Great location with easy access to the beach, great amenities with lots of extra touches, garage parking for 2 vehicles, and located on the less crowded, family friendly north end of the island.

We enjoyed our stay. We were provided with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Everything was clean in and around the condo. It was nice with the little ones how the elevator went right to our room. I would recommend this place for sure.

Property was as advertised. Could see the ocean from our balcony and was a very easy walk to the beach. Pool area was very nice— not a heated pool, but my kids didn’t mind. The condo was as pictured. Plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen re utensils, pans, etc. It was a great trip.
