This place is a sanctuary, an enchanting condo offers a peaceful spot to unwind. This a perfect couple's retreat, or for an individual that need time to their own to read, to reflect, to write, or to exercise. Modern minimalist open space, high ceilings, water view, large statues, and easy living with no clutter. Enjoy two patio spaces, the front with a table and umbrella where Hummingbirds come and flutter around, and a private patio in the golf side, with water view and fountain view, flanked with the mountain ranges and Palm Trees with two sides of seating. If you want spend some to to relax with water and mountains, watch a movie in every room, or in bed, this place is for you. Open kitchen plan, with a Nespresso maker for morning coffee. The kitchen is completely loaded with every item to make a meal.

The Space: This listing is in a two bedroom villa but I am renting only one bedroom which is the Guest-room. You will have the whole place to your self. The room has a designer cozy queen size bed and a new high end mattress. There is a door that connects to a large double sink bathroom with a walk in shower. In addition to my large living room there is also a den with a full size sofa-bed with a real pull-out bed. The den also has it's own large size TV where tow people can get lost in one place.

Enjoy taking walks around Palm Valley and you will greeted by ducks, Canada Geese, and beautiful migrating Cranes. My street has two pools and jacuzzi's on both sides on my street. I prefer pool #29, it has an amazing view and spectacular sunsets.

This condo is a Gated Community called Palm Valley Resort, and be assured that the Security is very tight so your are very safe. To enter you will be giving a pass at the gate that you will use for your stay. Your guests need to be called in and they will receive a pass as well. The Clubhouse has a cafe downstairs that is open to anyone and it is called Bogey's. it's my favorite lunch place with an amazing view! I suggest their salads and the Club Sandwich is really good. They have breakfast as well. There is also a hair salon and a nail place at the Clubhouse, and we have a Golf shop with cute outfits for men and women, and a Tennis Shop as well.

We hope you enjoy what our place and Palm Desert has to offer.
