Beautifully renovated, decorated 5 star with a nice layout, lots of amenities and in a great location. Loved the awesome fireplace! Comfortable and spacious outdoor living area, nice and convenient pool close by. Good location for Indian Wells tennis. Great responses/service from Annie. Wine welcome gifts and sign were a nice touch. Very happy to arrive in such a pleasurable clean place.We had an enjoyable and amazing month stay and hope to come back.About the unit location: 1) great location overall.2) sometimes there is a line up to get in off Monroe entrance.3) licence plate entry into other entrances did not work most of the time.4) Indian Palms golf course onsite is run down so not worth playing.5) nice pickleball and tennis courts, however must be a lifestyle center member or guest of member.6) unfortunately unpleasant inside and outside odours coming from attached neighbours.

The home is beautiful with everything one could want or need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.Lovely back yard as well. We were very happy with the rental. Thank you.

Great location for us—in town for lacrosse. The unit was extremely clean, well stocked, and the bottle of wine waiting was a wonderful surprise. Would definitely recommend.

The property was just as it was advertised. We wanted to be close to friends who were near the polo fields so the location was great and we just needed a place to sleep.would recommend staying here again

The place is perfect for festival goers who want to walk or bike. We had an issue with unannounced construction during our stay that made the last day very unpleasant but Annie was apologetic and communicative.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Great location, very close to the pool & hot tub, and the owners have thought of everything to make a stay very comfortable. We would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Nicely updated, furnished and equipped apartment. Pictures don't do it justice. Great location for area attractions and the pool just a bit off the back patio was beautiful and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and dealing with Annie.
