The cozy and bright LOFT features a King Mountain Luxury bed, along with a full and private bathroom. Enjoy the granite countertops and the shower-tub combination, along with the FREE toiletries and towels!

The LIVING AREA on the ground floor contains a double pull-out sofa bed to accommodate extra visitors or the kids. There is also a 47 LCD TV and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. An additional half bathroom provides plenty of space for everyone to get ready for their day outside.

Cook up a storm in the KITCHEN, including a stove, a dishwasher, pots & pans, and utensils. Share laughs around the lovely wooden dining table with seating!

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent amenities at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort, where this condo is conveniently located! Swim laps in the indoor pool before soaking in one of the TWO hot tubs available to you.

During the summer, head to the tennis and squash courts on-site, or for our outdoor adventurers, step onto one of the many Tunnel Mountain hiking trails behind the property. Grab your bike (which can be stored on-site for no charge) and hop onto the well-known Legacy Trail into Banff or Canmore. In the winter, you'll love the complimentary outdoor parking, allowing you to head to the slopes of Sunshine, Lake Louise or Nakiska first thing in the morning.

At Alpha Bistro (just off the lobby), savor farm-fresh eggs, pancakes, and breakfast poutine for breakfast, and relish a variety of appetizers, burgers, pizza, and delightful entrees for either a full meal or a quick bite and drink. Don't miss The Meatball Pizza and Pasta restaurant on-site, with amazing desserts like Mount Assiniboine and Cheesecake.

    The property was nice, the floors were filthy and the sink drain didn’t work I’d expect it to be cleaner in these times but I don’t think a deep clean or sanitize was done .

    The house was well loved but clean and had nice showers. There was an over powering smoke smell from having a fireplace. We all left with stuffed noses and headaches. I wish someone had said this in a review so here it is. If you have allergies or breathing difficulties… this is NOT your place. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were courteous but new. No one knew what I was talking about when I said I had booked on VRBO though Leavetown vacations (which is what the email said to say). I do wish the laundry was part of the unit as it was too far to be convenient. Overall, the stay was OK for the price and it was about a 5 minute drive into downtown Banff, so that was nice.

    The furnishings are old and worn. Wallpaper torn; some taped. Dirt on walls and on top of fridge that could be cleaned. The upholstery was so stained that I took bathroom towels and covered the couch. Kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms looked and felt clean. New curtains. I contacted front desk who advised that housekeeping would be by to clean stains on couch. Supervisor stopped by to view and took photos for cleaners. She covered couch with clean sheet. Cleaners came and did a great job on couch. Another manager followed up with a phone call later that evening to make sure all was well. Very good communication and client service.

    Stayed here for work and it had everything needed to make my own meals. Clean and friendly. Location was quiet and beautiful. Had a bit of a misunderstanding about check-in, as it wasn’t clear to me that it was like a normal hotel check-in, rather than a self-contained unit, but figured it out easily enough. Host was responsive. Would stay again.

    Property in general was great. Location made traveling to all three ski resorts easy with evening trips into the town. Loved the shuttle to Lake Louise. Only downside was the kitchen had minimal pots, no frying pans and the TV stations were very limited

    The location is great with easy access to town by bike or car. Park attractions were also convenient. Parking wasn't great but there was enough. Getting back late from a long hike, we found that all spots were full except to the rear of the main bldg. We noticed kids playing hoops back there were occasionally hitting cars with the ball and setting off car alarms. It was pretty dark by then and people were going to bed. Be aware train horn blasts occur throughout the night but there is no escaping them anywhere else anyway. It didn't bother us. There was no AC in our unit and it was hot inside but opening windows at night and closing them up during the day brought the temp upstairs in the bedroom to a tolerable level. A fan would have helped. The unit was clean except for cigarette butts outside the door on the deck. The restaurant had good but pricey food.
