Wonderful stay for Christmas getaway. Clean, well equipped, incredible views. Loved it!

Michael was an excellent host. The Casa was a perfect base for our vacation to Kona. Centrally located, covenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Michael was attentive to our needs, and one small issue was resolved immediately. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone, and would stay again! Plenty of privacy, pleasant staff, and so many good vibes just abounded. Many mahalos Michael, for your patience and understanding, and even extending our stay when we couldnt leave.

The condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed. It is far enough out of Kona to be away from the noise but close enough to walk. This particular unit is close to the both pools. Communication with the host and property manager was outstanding!! Very responsive and even provided pointers on sights! I highly recommend staying here.

The quiet condominium was a wonderful place to stay for 8 days. A true gem to relax and enjoy time in on Kona!I appreciated the clean and well stocked kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable along with the rain showers. The grounds around the condominium are beautiful. The location was ideal being close to town. Booking the condominium was seamless with all my questions answered.

The condo was so perfect for our family of four. Great central location, updated and clean-had everything we needed. Really enjoyed that it was on the ground floor so we could just walk out to the beach/ocean.

We had an excellent stay in this unit! The location is quiet and private and the unit is finished nicely, was stocked with practical necessities and had a great, spacious layout. It was our understanding some other units in this complex were sub par; however, our unit was great! The private beach with views, the community bbq/patio area, along with the two pools were additional important factors with our decision to stay here. Our host was also accommodating for us. I highly recommend staying in this unit!

Overall a easy check-in process and great location behind a gated community. We enjoyed the community, shared outdoor space and chairs that faced the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need as a family, washer/dryer, towels, dish and clothes detergent. Internet could be regularly maintained and/or upgraded for those who rely on connectivity while traveling.

We’ve had an oceanfull of delightful experiences.Our condominium unit accomodates both active chef (good appliances and utensils), and comatose vacationer (luxurious showers and comfy beds) after days of action and awe. Groundskeepers move about as quiet as churchmice keeping the greenery under control and flourishing. We love it here

Complex was very nice. Host was very responsive and communicated quickly. Michael was a pleasure to work with.

We had a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the outside area and the sunsets were amazing. The condo was very well equipped, clean, and comfortable.

We enjoyed the pool but not as much as the location, grill area, great staff, and proximity to other things. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals.

Vacation for family of 4. Great location-short drive to shops, restaurants, but far enough away so the area was quiet and not congested. Walkable to the Ali'i Marketplace. Condo was well stocked, had everything we needed. The cooler and beach items helped with packing for day-trips. The saltwater pool was a highlight of the property. Beautiful views just steps from the condo. Host Mike responded to messages quickly, check-in/out went smoothly. Highly recommend.

The condo was in the perfect location for easy traveling. It was the perfect size for 4 people. And it was in a perfect area of the beautiful ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

Super clean and quiet. Condo had all the things we needed to make ourselves at home—with the added luxury of being on The Big Island (our first time). Sunsets and pools were AMAZING. Close to town and beaches and snorkeling. Great communication with owner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!

This was a girls vacation for me and my 2 daughters. The accommodations were perfect for us with plenty of space and very clean. We enjoy doing some cooking and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the lanai and the saltwater pool was amazing! We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back.

The property is beautiful with two pools, a common area cabana with clean and well maintained grills and a beach area for watching sunsets. The unit is perfectly situated by the pool and steps to the cabana for coffee in the morning or to grill with family and friends. We enjoyed every part of our stay but especially the lanai. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here for one week with my family. Condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Bonus was all the beach equipment so you don’t need to rent or buy anything. Parking is hit or miss in the complex, but not a big deal overall. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay for spring break. Michael was a great host, any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. A couple of issues that came up at the complex while we were visiting were shared before we even knew there was an issue.The onsite facilities were perfect, especially the salt water pool which is right next to the ocean. Complimentary coffee in the morning was also a special touch. We would highly recommend staying here!

This condo was great!! Very comfortable, clean, and great location.

What a perfect home base to explore the island. We were so comfortable here that we see why many guests in the complex return here year after year. The ground floor room was very convenient and the grounds lovely. Unit included everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We had an excellent stay - the property was exactly as listed. The two-bedroom ground floor was amazing, being able to walk out to the beach and pool area. We enjoyed the community feel of the complex and would book again.

Location Of the rental is 1 mile outside of Kona. Which is perfect. You will not want to keep driving into Kona. If you are a runner or walker you are right along the main fairway for your runs. The pools and the sand right beside sea wall are fantastic. We saw whales daily as we hung out on the beach in the provided chairs. Inside the unit. The apt was just as listed. Super clean, great kitchen with lots of supplies. Loved that there was an ice maker and water from the fridge. Showers were excellent. Hope to visit again in the future.

A little rain, more heavy surf, but mostly sun and very swimmable bays made this a total Hawaii experience.The trades were sweet, the body surfing at times savory,and local lemons and limes were tangy additives to drink and mealtimes. Whether awake at 2am or still sawing logs at 7, Casa de Emdeko is delightful for the 24/7 tranquilityit affords

Lovely place, well-appointed, good a/c. We enjoyed our stay. Parking is not great if you have mobility issues, but we would stay here again! Thank you❤️
