Delightful Pet Friendly 1-bedroom condo with WiFi and AC in charming St. George

We had a couple maintenance problems but the property managers really stepped up and accomdated our needs. Thank you for helping us have a good visit in spite of unforseen problems. We appreciate your efforts to make our stay comfortable.

Cons:-upstairs noise!! Children CONSTANTLY jumping & running. Adults stomping. I’m used to apartment living but this older building & upstairs residents made it hell.-horrible smell!! Smelt like cigarettes & musty, even concerned for my health like I shouldn’t be breathing the inside air- only 1 small window & patio slider to open & a strange man entered the bedroom when I had the slider open to air out the place asking where another condo was-cleanliness. See photos for big clumps of dust at bedroom fan, clumps of dust on ceiling in kitchen, outside patio furniture & patio itself not usable with how dirty which was one area I was looking forward to using, floors by tv trays looked like were never cleaned, etc- old & stained furniture & decor. Stains on couch, couch pillows, rugs, etc. - chunks of paint/drywall missing at attic access, on walls, baseboards, etc- lots of unleashed dogs outside - pricing was outrageous for quality Pros:- kitchen cabinets & tile backsplash were cute- location was good- check in & out was easy- hosts were easy to work with - on-site laundry in condo- amenities (although never used)

So grateful it was the bottom level because my husband has to use a cane or walker to get around. Very clean. The whole area was peaceful

Way better than a hotel, especially for an extended stay

Charming unit is a home away from home! The owners kindly supplied their space with everything you need to get your stay underway. Lots of rec center activities to keep families busy. Plenty of grass around the complex for your dog to romp & roll around in. Owners were very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Would definitely book this space again!

Comfortable, convenient location in St George.We definitely made use of the pool and fitness center.It was well located for a downtown event. The unit was as advertised. No issues with check in.
