Dana Point Headlands oceanfront with a pool overlooking the beach STR14-0128

Where do I start on this review. We happened to run into Chris as we arrived to the home at Dana Point. Chris was awesome, he showed us so much and gave us terrific advice on places to visit and restaurants to try, all were terrific recommendations and we enjoyed each place we went to. The home is wonderful and fully equipped with all of the comforts of your own home. The view is priceless and having a pool steps from your door is such an added bonus. Chris checked in with us a few times during our visit so we felt like he really wanted to make sure our stay was flawless. I would highly recommend staying here and I can say that we cannot wait to get back to Dana Point!!! Thank you for everything Chris!

We had a wonderful stay at this perfect condo. Most amazing, of course, is the spectacular view. Day or night. The condo is easy to live in, and the second bathroom really helped with 4 people. The beds were really comfortable. We walked to the beach every day, and the hike at the nature preserve is a must. Chris was a delightful host in every way. Book this spot!

We had the BEST time!!! The property view and location can’t be beat! My kids and I loved swimming in the pool at sunset, not sure it gets any better than that! Quick walk to the beach, too! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed! Loved the soft blankets and comfy mattresses. Slept so well! We are definitely coming back! This was such an epic vacation. Thank you Chris for everything!

My wife and I were pleasantly impressed with the View! The Picture on the listing doesn’t even compare with how breathtaking the house was! Chris met us on arrival and walked us through the unit and garage that comes with. We are home now and already discussing our Return…

Amazing location and awesome time of year to visit. Access to so many beaches and the little hike right next to the unit is awesome. My 2 young kids had a great time and the view was breathtaking!

The location was close to hiking, beaches and extended family. The place was comfortable and the owner accessible. We would definately come again.

Chris was a great host. Communicative and made us feel very at home. Best views! Loved waking up in the morning sipping coffee watching the waves. The condo was very well stocked and homey. Bed was very comfortable. We plan to return next year. Thanks Chris!

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Dana Point. Our host Chris made the check-in/check-out process seamless and even helped us find local surfboard and paddle board rentals. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here as a family of four with our two teenagers. This was a picture-perfect location set amongst beautiful views, beaches, hiking paths, and 30million dollar homes. The unit was just as described and perfect for a family of four. The pool was heated and our teenagers enjoyed it even with the cooler weather. Easy parking right in the unit driveway. The unit had anything you would need for cooking and more. Chris was very communicative and gave us great suggestions for the area. We loved the area and will be back!

View from deck and pool deck where about as good as it gets. Location to beach and trail access great. Accommodations were excellent. Water pressure in the shower was just barely adequate and needs attention. Host mentioned slight odor from half bath was scheduled to be looked at. . Once the plumbing issues are resolved we will not hesitate to return Nick and Sherry F

Wonderful condo just as pictured

Our group of four had a fantastic time at this property for a long weekend in Dana Point. Chris was a great host and provided lots of helpful information about the area. The unit is comfortable and roomy for four people and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and the nearby nature preserve. The view from the pool patio area is incredible. We could've spent our whole trip there if we didn't have so much else to do. This is definitely a place we'd love to return. Highly recommend!

The views are phenomenal!! This is absolutely one of my favorite beaches and areas in Orange County! The building has only has 4 units making it a treat. It does share the pool with the building next door (4 more units) as well as a community laundry room. But, it was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. We had a great time! The owner checked in with us upon our arrival and was available for any questions. We had a schedule change and although I know he had to move around what he had scheduled, he gladly made it happen for us. I do not know if the unit has air conditioning, but we did not need it.

First off, these views are incredible! The neighborhood is safe and the street ends shortly after the condo so there is no through traffic. You are steps from a paved path down to the beach and a nature trail with panoramic views from the other side. We were unsure of the temperatures and bringing our 2.5 and 5 month old we needed to make sure it was cool enough for them. Chris was amazing and brought us a window AC unit which we only needed once. He was in constant communication, the home was kid friendly (plastic plates, cups, silverware etc) and safe. There were sand toys, beach chairs, towels and even an umbrella! 10/10 will be back and we recommended this place to all our friends.

Beautiful view and ease of stay. Enjoyed our place very much, clean and plenty of room for spouse and I with two teenagers. Easy walk down to the beach entrance and nice pool on property!! Decor was nice and felt at home.
