The pull out couch was broken so it couldn’t be used. I called the help desk and they told me I was wrong and if “housekeeping didn’t mention it then it must not be broken”. Problem is the couch bed already had sheets on it so it clearly wasn’t opened by housekeeping. Two of my guests had to sleep on a cot (uncomfortable) and the loveseat because you sank into the back of the couch due to the broken couch bed. I wish there was an option to buy a third parking pass. Parking a long way away is not ideal. AlsoHeading the A/C on 70 in the Houston summer heat/humidity is not ideal.

The location was perfect right across Schlitterbahn which made walking to the park very easy. I would recommend this condo for anyone with kids as the pool area was very nice and there is river access as well. Located very close to downtown new Braunfels with shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The condo is dated, but everything was clean and check in was easy. Our car was towed on the second day because the flimsy tag fell off the mirror. That was disappointing and a time suck. Location was great and easy access to the water park and river.

The condo was clean, neat, and I very much appreciated the communication from the owner/manager. All the information provided, including photos, were accurate. The location is fabulous for getting to the river and for visiting the Schlitterbahn. And getting to nearby restaurants and bars are just a short drive away. We had a fabulous time catching up with our family (who came from all over the country).

When we checked in the A/C upstairs didn't seem to working properly and they had someone there within 5 minutes and got everything working almost immediately.

Close to the rivers, water parks, and great food and shopping downtown New Braunfels. Will definitely return.

The check in process was easy as they have a no contact process. The hosts communicated everything via text which was great to be able to look back and reference. The location is the best you can get if you are looking to stay close to the water park. You can literally see the tall slides from the condo. If you are wanting to float the river the exits are within walking distance from the condo which was a great positive for our group. Over all, it was a great stay!!

Our only complaint, or inconvenience rather, was that there were two queens in the master bedroom which we had to give to our kids. Would have preferred them not to have a room with a balcony. And the layout of the second room was odd. Bathroom very small and sink vanity was in the bedroom itself. Also, wished we had a river view. Other than that everything was perfect and we would stay at the Wernecke Estates again!
