I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the access to the Comal and Schlitterbahn was amazing. The only thing I wish it would have said is that it's impossible to sleep on the bottom bunk of bunk bed if you are over the age of 5. There isn't much space between the top and bottom bunk.

Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation tubing down the Comal River was made complete with our stay at Camp Warnecke. Our room was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We literally walked across the street to enter Schlitterbahn.

The condo pool on site was good. Close to downtown restaurants, would be walkable except it happened to be 100 degrees. Cute unit.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this condo. It was very clean and in a very convenient location. It was nice to be able to walk to the river access in less than 2 minutes, float for 45 minutes, and end up at the properties private access point. It is perfect if you have small children that might not be able to float the entire river or if you want to avoid the rapids. We will definitely be back.

Only problem was the sleeping arrangement for 6 people was not sufficient as the sofa bed was broken.
