Crystal Sands Miramar Beach! 1-Bed, Private Pool & Beach | Spring & Summer!

Can’t beat the view and location of the property. The host was easy to communicate with. The unit was clean but can use some updating. The skillets need replaced and stove could use some attention to cleanliness. It is a 8/10.

Great location. Not the cleanest. I spent the first day and a half cleaning. Opened the bedroom window to get some fresh air and the blinds are so old they are brittle and only one side will lift up and the screen is ripped open. Had to go buy cleaner to clean. My second picture is of the dresser with caked on dust/dirt. I cleaned up leftover vomit on bathroom wall. I will stay in the building again just not in 209A.

Everything was just as pictured, we had such a great family stay, we did need a few more blankets but we figured it out. Note to owner, the dryer wasn’t drying well, the dryer lint trap is on the back inside wall of the dryer, I finally found it and opened it up, there was so so much lint that the wire on the lint trap had melted in places, I vacuumed it out but might want to leave a note on dryer to change lint trap and where it’s located. Just to prevent future problems. The beach service was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Also need a few new skillets for cooking as the finish is coming off of the current cookware. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room and all of us enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The property and location are fantastic. However, 209A could use some updating. It needs a new stove, shower curtain, put a tile shower in with no bath tub, updated bathrooms, and washer & dryer combo.It’s a great place, but it’s ready for some updating. The trim in the place is really dirty and kind of gross.

While the place itself is somewhat dated with old TVs, slow WiFi, and old tables and furniture, the entire place was clean and tidy with a great location for a comfortable stay. No issues and was great for a relaxing vacation. Loved the view from the room and the beach access.

We really enjoyed our week at Crystal Sands 209a.

The stay was good . The view is beautiful. Easy access to the beach. Everything you could use for a small vacation. Room I had is beside the elevator so you hear people early in morning n late at night . Expected the pool to be open but it’s closed under construction. If you have little ones and you prefer the pool this won’t be the place until it’s open .

Place was great. Everything was easy and it made it very fun. I’d recommend for sure. Great host.

Everything was great. We used the deck a lot. Liked having 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. It would be nice to have beach service in November.

This vacation rental was perfect for me and my wife. The property was very clean and secure. Beach service was a plus. Will definitely use this company again.

The stove top burners were not good at all, but we made them work. Pots, pans, utensils, need updated as well. They also need to get a new mattress for the bed. We have been staying in Destin for 25+ years and I understand all the use the rentals get, but updates are needed to keep up with the wear and tear.

Beautiful condo with incredible view of the beach and ocean. Close to everything. Hope to get back!

The location was excellent. The private beach with beach chairs was good. The condo itself was very old and had a very strong smell of mildew. They tried to cover it up with a plug in so then it was a flowery mildew smell. It was the strongest in the master bedroom, where you are sleeping. I feel bad leaving this review but everyone should be warned.

This condo was so clean! Loved having laundry machines! Beachfront was great!

Exactly as described and a perfect location on the beach! 10/10 stay and my husband & I loved every minute of it :)
