Clean unit. On the beach. Good communication

We talked with the host 2 times and both were informative

The beach was awesome and so was the parking. Cleanliness of the condo was not good at all. There was mold in the shower on the walls and on the shower curtain. The shower did not drain, the sink drained very slow. The room smelled musty. The room looked like it was just not kept up very well. Was not pleased at all. The pool was very cold not heated at all.

Everything was clean and loved the location and proximity to beach . Beautiful views !

I loved that the complex was smaller and the beach isn't crowded. The location is perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Bring a beach towel!!

We wanted to be right on the beach so this location was perfect. There were a few issues but overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit and furnishings are outdated. The frame on the sliding, mirrored closet door was all rusty on the bottom & the carpet in the closet was dirty. The base trim in the hall, bedroom & main bathroom was dirty. The side of the vanity in the main bathroom is deteriorating. The property is managed by RealJoy Vacations. The gate code for access to the beach was not included in our check in instructions from RealJoy so we had to inquire about that. RealJoy notified us that a repair person was going to come to work on the dishwasher. I had received an email indicating that there were open dates between our rental dates and the next guest so I asked if the repairs could be done after we checked out. RealJoy notified us that the repairs had been re-scheduled for after we checked out. There was no kitchen stopper for the sink. We notified RealJoy about this & they delivered one. We were on the balcony and were startled when someone knocked on the sliding glass door. Two men had come in to clean the dryer vent. We were not notified of this. RealJoy did take steps to resolve some of the communication issues.

Wonderful stay!

I loved staying here. It's only a 3 story building so it was easy to get around and really easy to get to the beach. Condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I. Highly recommend staying here.

The unit was very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. We liked having the extra bathroom. The view was great! We would stay here again.

We were there for five weekdays in Sept and the property was great. 2nd floor, mid bldg is great for views, elevator,and boardwalk to beach. Good cookware in kitchen. Would return.

We have stayed in the Crystal Sands Condos for many years now and they are always neat, clean and comfortable. We tried a few others places, but we end up right back at these 3-Story Units right on the beach. Looking forward to the next time!

The location was fabulous.. on the beach and in proximity to shopping and dining. The condo itself needs some work. Updating and furnishing. Bare minimum.

Great place right on the beach. Building is older but clean and in great shape. This is a great area that is quiet, family friendly, less crowded and close to shopping. Host is friendly and accommodating.

This rental was well stocked with basic kitchen and bath supplies. Very nice view, I did see dolphins from the balcony. It is a convent location for restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again! PS…. If you like Gumbo, Kenny D’s is the bomb!
