Crystal Sands 112A - New Listing Specials, Remodeled, Free Beach Service!

The host was welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay. Planning on returning next year.

We love Crystal Sands! We had never stayed at this property before but it did not disappoint. Everything was updated and clean. We were right on the beach so that made it really easy to bring our son back and forth to the room when needed. We will definitely be back again!

Great location! Love the easy beach access, proximity to restaurants and activities. The property has great potential, just needs some TLC!! Cleanliness/upkeep of the property was the only downside. Fire sprinklers hanging down/not in place. Doors peeling and warped. Dirty bathtub/shower. The duvet cover on the bed had sand all through it (we even tried taking it outside and shaking it), so we would wake up with sand all over us and the bed. Bedroom TV remotes were full of sand also. I think it was a long time since someone stayed here, when we turned on the ceiling fan so much dust and hair went everywhere. Nothing major but enough that we were unable to relax.

We had such a wonderful relaxing vacation on the beach. being able to walk directly out the door to the beach was just amazing!

Enjoyed our stay! The Modern Beach communication was excellent. The unit could use some work on the baseboards in the main bathroom closet area. Otherwise everything else in room was in great shape

Best beach ever! We are already planning our next stay. Pompano Joe's is a must. Cond was clean and comfortable. Whoever is next, enjoy the inflatable raft we left behind.

Stayed here for a few days over Spring Break. Apt is as described in listing and pictures. Great location directly on beach and first floor of condo. Rental agency very organized with great communication. 100% would stay here again!

When we stayed at this property in late February it was very quiet. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. We loved the modern flair. The patio and chairs were used every day since we had great weather. We’ll stay there again.

We have stayed at Crystal Sands several times and every time keeps getting better. Wish the pool was heated but other than that it was perfect

We loved every single thing about this little condo! The easy beach access was perfect for young children and grandparents. Everything was clean and beautiful inside the condo. We had struggles with zero cell phone service and unpredictable wifi which made working remotely a struggle but it wouldn’t keep us from returning in a heartbeat. Thank you for an amazing experience for our family!

Perfect location, steps away from beautiful white sand beach! Free beach set up was super convenient. Have stayed at Crystal Sands several times and will definitely be back!

Spouse and I have been to Crystal Sands numerous times over 25 years. Very nice complex. First time in this unit and everything was great! Newly renovated and decorated nice. Definitely rent again!

I can’t say enough about this condo. Having the convenience to be able to walk straight out to the beach made us feel like it was our own beach house. The management company was amazing and communicated with us numerous times to make sure we were having a great time. It’s hard to beat the convenience of not having to deal with elevators and the condo was immaculately clean when we arrived. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we can’t wait to book our next stay as soon as we can come back in town!
