Stayed Dec 26, 2025Visibly dirty and dusty room upon arrival. Couldn’t use patio furniture for several days due to painting. Very few basic kitchen supplies.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Beautiful place, pool, beach chairs, fast elevators, clean ocean front, limited parking if you get back late you might park on the side walk or handicap spots. The property management company is like trying to call Tmobile to get someone out n the line. one you do they take great care if you but difficult phone communication system

Stayed Mar 21, 2024My recent stay at Crystal dunes was a mix of positives and significant drawbacks. Here's a detailed review based on my experience: Pros: Cleanliness (4/5): The property was generally clean and well-maintained, offering a pleasant environment for a vacation getaway. Cons: Noise Issues (2/5): Unfortunately, noise from neighbors on the floor above was a persistent problem, disrupting our sleep throughout the night. Room Condition (2/5): Our room with the queen-size bed experienced a ceiling leak due to flooding from the floor above, which was inconvenient and concerning. Pool and Jacuzzi (2/5): Despite being informed about the pool closure for repairs, the out-of-order Jacuzzi was unexpected and disappointing. Maintenance Concerns (1/5): A white fence collapsed onto our vehicle, and temporarily propped up with a brick, we received no communication or resolution from the property management despite reporting the incident. Management Response (1/5): We were disappointed by the lack of follow-up from management regarding the ceiling leak incident. Despite being promised a return call or email, we have yet to receive any form of compensation or resolution. Overall Impression (2/5): While the property itself was clean and potentially enjoyable for a vacation, the issues with noise disturbance, room condition, unavailable amenities, and poor management response significantly detracted from our experience. Stayed Feb 19, 2024One mattress needs to be replaced. In first bedroom and check handle in first bathroom stool it keeps running but we loved the place, would have liked it a little warmer but that can't be controlled Thankyou very much. Maxine

Stayed Oct 16, 2023We loved the unit. It was spacious for my husband and I along with 4 teens. Being a corner unit, it had lots of sunlight and gorgeous views. My only suggestion for improvement would be to replace the master bed. It was so soft that it hurt my back. I ended up sleeping on the twin mattress in the hallway bunk. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful unit!
