Crystal Dunes #302 | Luxe Condo, Complimentary Beach Service

Great stay! Loved the location to the water and pool. Appliances worked great!

My family and I really enjoyed this location! The check-in procedure was a little bit stressful just because we got there at midnight and we never got any information sent to us on what our room number was. We did get the gate code and the door code but not the room number unless I’m just technologically incompetent, which is completely possible lol but I did call the one 800 number and they answered it Clearly - as far as check out again, I did not know what we were supposed to do or not do but I messaged them and they did respond with that- very clean very beautiful location. We will probably stay here again.

This condo was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach as well as all the fun stuff in Destin. I woudl definitely go back

This location is ideal for Crystal Beach. The property had a deck, right on the beach and the beach service with the chairs and umbrella were amazing..all set up for you in the morning. Short walk to local coffee shop.As far as hospitality for what you pay, they provide the bare minimum compared to what we are used to with other properties. No cleaning supplies, minimal toilet paper, coffee pot but no coffee filters for it, one tiny sliver of hand soap in each bathroom, washer and dryer but no laundry detergent. It just seems this would be pretty low cost on their end to just have a big box of detergent for their guests. When you travel you don't want to have to go to store and buy a bunch of cleaning supplies. Other than that, nice property and great location.

We stayed here five years ago and absolutely loved the place. Very clean. The place is in a perfect location. Perfect size. Easy to get in and out and offer chair service. We absolutely loved it. But this time around. We don’t know if the management changed. But the place smelled like Indian food. Very strong. That smell stayed for three days. Then someone came and gave us a bottle to spray and told don’t come back for an hour. That somewhat helped. The floors were dirty and there was hair all over the place. I would like to give this place another try. Cause we love the location. But we will see. For that amount of money being spent there are better updates and more clean places to stay at.

We had a wonderful stay! We love Crystal Dunes! The unit is just as pictured. The check in process was seamless, no problems getting in. Unit was kept clean. The only things I’d note is, compared to other units we’ve stayed in at Crystal Dunes, it does need some updating, especially the master bath. The master shower is extremely small, moldy and has no place to put shower items except the floor. And unfortunately the disposal broke and sink backed up, but it was on our last day so it didn’t affect us much. The management sent a very nice plumber over but was unable to fix it while we were there. All in all I would still recommend, we had a fantastic stay!

Everything was fine except for the freezer door would not shut properly. Condo does need some updating. Beach access is great and it’s real nice the beach is private.

The property is well maintained. Beautiful view of the ocean. Pool is located in the front of the building which is also the parking lot. The unit was just as the pictures show.
