Crown Jewel of the Coconut Coast - Waipouli B401

This was a great central location for our vacation. We were able to access both sides of the island within 30-45 minutes either way, which helped with the early starts for our excursions. We played at the hotel beach on 2 days; however, there is a lot of coral on this beach so we also drove to other beaches to swim. The room was very clean, well stocked, beach chairs and toys available for use, with plenty of room for a family of 4. My 12-year-old really liked the slides at the pool and we had a lovely meal at Oasis on the Beach one evening for dinner. A grocery store is directly across the street, which was convenient. The sunrises are beautiful here, but it was difficult to view the sunsets from here. Overall, a very lovely place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the central location (walk or ride to everything in short order) and the Top floor facing North made for a great view. The elevator situation wasn't so great but we ended up using the stairs about 90% of the time and that was convenient. The Room was well furnished and appointed and even the fact that staples were left to make it unnecessary to purchase salt & pepper was a nice touch. Especially liked that the owner was easy to connect with and very responsive.

Ocean was visible, however there was also visibility to a parking lot and multiple buildings. Overall beautiful place

Good stay but pictures in the VRBO ad were a tad deceiving as it shows pictures of the pool along with the pictures of the room and lanai. It looks like we had a view of the pool but we didn’t, we had a view of the parking lot. Ad also mentioned it had a new AC unit in it but it didn’t work. We had to call the team twice for them to come back and try to fix it. Other than that the place was beautiful and had almost everything we needed.

This place was incredible! It’s was well equipped to cook and snack. The two bedrooms with private bathrooms and kings beds were amazing. The beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend booking this place!

This is a Beautiful Rental unit in a Stunning Resort. Great, Centrally located location near the airport. Super Luxurious with Well-Appointed Amenities. Extra clean and well maintained. The pool is simply gorgeous (especially at night)! Last but not least is the Amazing Property manager Ron Gunn. He made our stay very easy and pleasurable. I would Highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future!!!
