Cozy Water Views Await

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described. The home was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail made us feel right at home.The host was outstanding, very friendly, very responsive, and truly committed to making sure our stay was perfect. Check-in was smooth, the instructions were clear, and communication was excellent.The location was ideal, quiet, and convenient to everything we needed. We enjoyed every moment and left feeling refreshed and grateful.We will definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing five-star experience.

The condo is a great size for a small family. The space is clean and has a nice open layout. Short distance to the beach and the pool is a bonus!

Beautiful water views and lovely screened in porch to view the water, dolphins, boats, etc. Provisions were great.

We loved where this condo was. .90 mile walk to the beach. Beautiful scenery right on the screened porch that keeps you free of bugs! The pool was big and was never too busy. Made it very enjoyable! The owners was very kind and helpful. This was our first time to folly beach and will be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great location-semi comfortable beds- could use more blankets, and a coffee maker! The shower needs a good cleaning and regrouting - also it would be nice to have more than 4 bath towels, as we had to do laundry daily on vacation!

The screened in porch was ideal for watching dolphins or sitting. The central qair was great when needed at night. The outside of the property was beautifully maintained and the condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking to Folly Beach or getting easily into Charleston.or other popular locations

The views from the windows were beautiful, we even got to see a dolphin one morning! We struggled with missing coffee pot and the loud stairs. The location was great for accessing Charleston, Folly Beach and Summerville.

Perfect for our group of 4:00. We loved having a coffee or glass of wine on the balcony each day. Location was perfect, close to the beach and close to downtown. Complex was well maintained. Overall a great stay!

It was a very nice place, fairly close to downtown Charleston just a 10 minute drive. Very clean and very nice. We really enjoyed it.

Property was GREAT!

This was a perfect property! The location to Folly Beach was good, but the view of Folly River out the window was excellent! We enjoyed the pool and had a lovely time sitting out on the nearby dock watching the sunset. The condo was extremely clean and well laid out. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen. Absolutely no issues, and we would gladly stay there again.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! Location, views, and overall comfort of the place were great. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook which was nice. We would definitely come back again!

Couldn’t recommend this condo more!! It was very clean, had everything you needed, and within a 3 minute drive to downtown Folly or manageable walk to the island. Perfect for 3 small children and two adults. Amazing views of the river, with a beautiful screened in balcony off the family room. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing time visiting Charleston and Folley Beach! The location was great! Sanam was amazing at communicating and helping out with any problems. The air conditioning wasn’t working and even with a holiday weekend the hosts got right on it and it was fixed very quickly! I really appreciated how helpful and prompt the communication was! The property itself is awesome. Well stocked, comfortable beds and pillows. The back deck was lovely and we watched the dolphin play in the river. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
