Stayed Nov 7, 2025This place was awesome. Host was great and very responsive. Place was great size for two guys. Garage was nice although our truck was too big to pull inside. If you are going to Gunnison, stay here. Super quiet at night. Just great overall

Stayed Sep 26, 2025This was the perfect location for what we were in Gunnison for; visiting our son who is attending Western Colorado University. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and the accommodation itself had plenty of room for my husband and I to host our son for home cooked meals. For the price, the place was exactly what we were looking for.
