No good comments- this property is very outdated, smells, and the bed sucks. Way too much money for what you get.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi, the courtyard community in itself is wonderful. Beautiful grounds nice clean pool and very close to the beach. However, unit 205 is not the same same. The bed is very small. The furniture is like children’s furniture and there are next to none utensils in the kitchen. It definitely needs an overall update and some better utensils, i.e. baking wear cookie sheets, and items for the kitchen
